Spent a small fortune at Barcelona over the years but Ive had enough. My son needed a new baseball glove for summer ball and we naturally went to Barcelona. He has struggled with this glove for months until we realized that he was fitted with an adult style glove (larger finger holes). Just purchased a glove from the competitor (store by Memorial Park) and he was properly fitted (same sized glove but made for a kid). In addition, the glove break-in fee was less and they kept it for 3 days not 15 minutes, major difference. Take your time and visit both stores and you will see a major difference.

Liked: Service, Goods, Management Dislike: Order Confirmation I was calling all around Houston looking for professional grade equipment (Football), and this was the ONLY place willing to help and the ONLY place carrying what I needed. They ordered the products they didnt have in store and got the equipment there before the time I needed them. They were very flexible on payment as the items came in as well. The only part they lacked was informing me of when my shipment came in. I had to call a few times to confirm it got there. I can definitely assure that I will do business here again.

This (and the store on Gessner) are THE LAST place in Houston with a premium selection of baseball gloves. I was trying to shop online, but finally found this place and was able to actually try on $300 and $400 gloves, in person. Imagine that! Seriously, if you are shopping for baseball equipment, you owe it to yourself to go here. The staff is very knowledgeable, and will sell you what you need, not what you want. For example, I was talked DOWN from the $400 Rawlings Primo to the $300 pro-preferred for a gift.

Teams Sales for 7 on 7 football worst retail Experience of my long teams sports life. No response, no service and plenty of deception. Mr. Rivera is has shown me a new low in customer apathy and lies. Last business ever from this family of seven athletes. Happy to spread the word throughout CFSA and CFISD! Hands down the least professional group I have encountered.

I have been trying to contact my sales rep (Hernando Portella) since October. He never returns phone calls and has returned only one e-mail after multiple attempts to contact him. The order was made in September 2016...and my equipment has not arrived as of 01/09/2017

My experience was the worse. An engrave took more that a month to do it.I call several times and would not return my calls.When we pick up my daughter uniform everything was wrong. Make sure you always ck your order because i have the worse service ever.

to bad there is no zero rating ordered on the 8th and now no tracking number, no calls answered, nothing. I think I will show up at the store, just cancel my order and go to Academy

They have decent selection; and youll find items Academy or Sports Authority doesnt have. Youll pay a high price for it.
