Worst customer service. So my husband and I went to buy shoes for himself and our son the gentleman that attended us seem very busy which he manage to help us besides other customers. At time of purchase two cashiers which was two ladies one of them by the name Nickell couldnt get the name but instead of them greeting us they Nickell looked at me and rudely asked me what I needed which I told her I was trying to pay for the shoes she than started talking to the other girl which she made us feel uncomfortable. The other lady asked me what shoes just by her not knowing I was able to figure out how unorganized they are after I told them which ones she than picked up the shoe boxes and slammed them on the counter top scan the shoes I proceed to make my payment she than gave me the bag and the receipt and pretty much with a attitude. I will file a complain on them if you do not like your job or than find yourself something else because of us you are getting your paycheck. she might need some training I would never never shop here. I should of shopped at other stores since is a mall but now I know not to ever spend my money here we didnt go there to get anything for free we actually paid if I could give this a negative -0 I would thats why a lot of business are going out of bussines because of the type of employees that work for their companies

The Managment sucks . I went on Black Friday. Sound they have some sale, but you end up paying regular price. Needs new Managment to organize the business .it look like you are in a store in India or China and people are trying to sell you stuff for commission . .
