I called and asked if they dealt with AR-15s and their parts, they said "OOOHH YES, all the time"...so i went in and asked for Rail Sections for a KeyMod handguard thats on my AR15..they said whats a "KeyMod". I asked for rails section for an M-Lok system thats on my other AR15..they said what the !@#$! is an "M-Lok" system???? I asked for 5 different things and they had no clue what they were. These guys know nothing about these guns, then they told me to "Learn my guns and parts before i come in there and waste their time". I went to KCMO and found everything i needed without any issues. UPDATE: 1/4/17: I called about a gun...they had no idea if they had one or how much it was??? How do you run a shop and not know what you have or how much it is?!?!

*THE* most important thing with a retailer is customer service. These guys have that in spades. As an added bonus, they are one of the more knowledgeable firearms salespeople Ive known. Pricing isnt the greatest or the worst Ive seen, but their in-person customer service blew my expectations out of the water.

Traditional gun store I like to shop in! Welcoming but not pushy, knows guns and not trying to sell you the latest Glock or AR or whatever. Definitely worth the visit!!
