Magnolia Hunting Supply has been our go to stores for all of our gun purchases in the past. I say past because Im not sure I will ever set foot in there again. However, the prices are good and we have never had an issue before, we loved the gun we bought but did NOT love how we were treated. Like liars, low lifes, and kids-not adults. Because on this day in January one of the owners (and a woman at that) thinks she can walk through the door as we are purchasing a gun (not cheap I mind you) with an immediate attitude. No "Hello how are you?", no "Thank you for coming in today", nothing but straight rudeness towards customers that are swiping credit cards helping their store with our purchases. The circumstances changed to even worse when THEIR credit card machine wouldnt work. Not sure why she wanted to call me a liar to my face as Im trying to purchase my finances Valentines Day present, along with not even help, suggest, or brain storm, in any ways we could fix the problem, after the money had already came out of my account, AND I had talked to my bank. She sat on her high horse and decided to argue profusely with me, while raising her voice. This is pure poor management and she should NEVER be able to work on the floor around customers. Isnt the customer always right? Even if they arent, dont you try to solve the problem instead of making it 10x worse? She told me "I do this everyday." In reference to the credit card machine. Well if she acted like that everyday Im not sure how she still has HAPPY customers. If I ran my business like that there would be no customers and a million reviews like this. I wish this wouldnt had happened. I hope she decides to take some practice managing classes to learn how to treat customers the correct way, although it shouldnt be that hard. You dont raise your voice, you dont have to be rude, and if its hard, you can stay at the desk in the back and paper bunch so that the customers that were happy when they walked in, dont decide to never come back- along with tell their friends not to go back because of her. Thank you Magnolia Hunting Supply for the gun. Wish I could say we were coming back.
