This is a wonderful newer location which has great product, a clean store, and pleasant customer service. Lots of extras like a Sushi station, fresh juice table, Starbucks, clothing, toys, and even a Jewelry store. Everything is always in its place and clean. Convenient fuel station outside, and store now offers ONLINE shopping & curb side pickup. Staff is friendly and very helpful. If I had to pick an area for improvement is some of the produce lines have been turning within 3 days of purchase (even when freshly stocked). Might just be a supplier issue, but something to notice.

You have to watch your bill closely. They have overcharged (double scanned) products on several occasions and havent caught it, forgotten to bag some of my items that I paid for and recently left a dye pack on a pair of shoes my husband purchased. Not worth going to even if they are close because of that kind of hassle. They obviously do not train their employees well. Ridiculous.

This is hands-down the best Kroger in the area. My family and I are from out-of-state where Krogers are everywhere and much nicer than the standard Kroger in Houston, but this Kroger beats anyone we have ever shopped in. Not only was the store extremely clean and well organized but the staff was without a doubt some of the friendliest weve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Horrible bakery. Very rude staff members. My sons birthday cake was ruined by them and I did not even receive one apology. Just an eye roll and extremely reluctant to fix his cake. Not to mention the bakery worker that flew through the parking lot almost hitting me and my daughter. Im done with Kroger. This is the second birthday cake (2 years in a row) that they have ruined.

This Kroger is pretty much just like all the others however I have went to the customer service like on multiple occasions and the wait was sooooo long! It is so aggravating! All the im Indy orders and checks cashed and crap! I wish they had many more people available to come help out because Ive been in line for more than 15 minutes twice just to make a return.

Everyone are professional , great to see smiling staff, always asking how may i help you. So clean and fresh, delicious food, bread, and so on so forth. Cashiers will not make me feel embarassed whenever i ran out of cash or my credit card without sufficient fund. And supervisors are so fast to assist cashiers. A genuine customer service on this location.

Fairly new and a very nice Kroger. Staff are always helpful, and a good wine/beer selection with some great local Texas choices. Theres also a jewelry store and clothes section. Frequently the clothes will have large discounts, you just have to find one thats not XXL, or if you wear XXL wait for the clothes to get to 70% off and then go crazy.

New Kroger design. Might be busier than most because of grand opening. Large parking lot with many cart stations. Easy access in and out. As far as groceries, it is consistent with other Kroger stores. However, this one has a large housewares section including furniture. There is something for every one.

Love this Kroger, one of the biggest and nicest stores Ive been to with great options and reasonable prices. I like how they the price tags have a per ounce or per item cost to help me decide which package and brand is the best value. Store and parking lot are much easier to get around than HEB.

Went shopping here during the flood the manager was offering employees from other stores work all they had to do is show up the store was still in good shape even though we were in middle of a natural disaster and lines were ridiculous. everyone employees and customers were courteous and patient

I love it this store! Very organized, employees are very helpful & pleasant. In the grocery area is very similar to others Krogers except this Kroger has a large housewares, furniture, seasonal decoration sections even an jewelry store. Anything you can think of you can find it there.

I love saving money and love so many items in this store it has become my favorite place to shop. Somehow I ended up on the preferred customer list which gives me additional coupons, many for free items. I will travel the extra mile to come here for the things my family needs.

Great addition to Towne Lake. Plenty of parking, super clean store and no long lines at the checkout. This store is always well stocked with a lot of departments that are not in your typical Krogers. They do a great job on Homecoming mums as well!

Positive atmosphere, clean and friendly! They also have security guards always standing by which is great. Huge amount of selection and you get discounts on gas by shopping there. Couldnt be happier with my local grocery store.

Mostly great. They have a reasonably good selection of most foods and they have been good at restocking produce. Rotisserie chickens and fresh restaurant foods are not good. I like the clothes. Pharmacy is good. Very nice staff.

This is a new Krogers in our area and we like to visit it every so often. The arrangement is a little different than the one we usually frequent but the same great selection and savings, with our Kroger card, can be counted on.

Out of bell peppers. An employee saw that it was empty and offered to bring them out from the back. I continued shopping for other items before returning for bell peppers (20 - 30 minutes) and they still werent available.

This is by far the best Krogers Ive been in yet. Super clean, friendly staff, excellent selection - it really seems to have it all. An in store Starbucks is another bonus. Has certainly become my go-to grocery in the area!

The store is very nice and always seems clean. The staff are very friendly, especially the "clicklist" staff. They have lots of items that I frequently purchase and I havent had any issues with things being out of stock.

I kept asking other ladies where they got their cute blouses.They would tell me Kroger, so I had to go and find out for myself. I just walked out the door with four new blouses for me and two shirts for my husband!

New store with a excellent food selection. Offers a variety of clothing. Toys and kid stuff. Great samples. Bakery, sushi and deli. Starbucks on site. Fast checkout lines. Jewelry store offer for shoppers

This is by far our favorite Kroger. It is always the cleanest and best stocked of all of the surrounding grocery stores. The staff is very polite, and helpful, we have never had a bad experience here!
