Prices are good, but it is hot in the store, and nobody who works here wants to help, or they pretend like they dont know how. I asked the cashier for help. 15 minutes later after nobody came to help, I go back and I get blamed because I went to the section where I was buying my dresser, instead of waiting at the cash register. Even though they called for help for me over the intercom. Then the lady they sent back didnt have any clue how I was supposed to buy my dresser. After like 5 minutes, she peels the sticker off to go manually check the warehouse, instead of looking it up. The lady at the registere says they have 2. Im still waiting here like an hour into my shopping experience, sweating and irritated and nobody who works here seems to care. Update: After 20 more minutes, I found the lady who went to go check the warehouse, and she denies that she went to go check. Says its someone else. We go up to the front checkout and they cant figure out who went to go look, and then they tell me to order it online. I am never going back!

Bought the $89 Groupon , huge mistake!They figured because I brought my 03 Honda in, that I needed a lot of work or something. They wouldnt work on my car until tie rods where tightened. Now, my bill went from $89- $300 and we bought 2 new tires on top of everything else. Now here is the real kicker. As I drove off admiring how well my car handled, I proceed to roll up my windows to turn on my A/C, guess what my ac doesnt work now. I called them as soon as I got home to inform them of what happened and in typical failing corporate fashion they immediately started blaming me and my car.which mind you was blowing ice cold air prior to pulling up at at this failing corporate hole of a business.I asked if the had poped my hood for anything, they said yes"to do your oil", it was then that they tried charging me $69 to check my ac, lol. Nerve agin, Ill just cut my looses and move on, you wont ever win with a failing corporate entity like Sears, that is unless you have a lawyer.

The automotive departments customer service was awful. We dropped my car off with the spare tire on it (due to a flat) and asked them to call us if they could just patch the tire, or if Id need a new one. They told us there was a three hour wait - we dropped it off at 2pm. We never got a phone call that night, nor the next morning. I called around 10am the next day and he said that it was done. I had to inquire as to what they had done to it and I let them know that I was unhappy with having not received a phone call. The customer service rep seemed to think it was the customers responsibility to call and figure out whats going on with his/her car. Really?!!

This Store is never clean or well stocked. Its always difficult to find any employee. Usually. There are only two working on the first floor. Today I needed a tool. I had the tool and was ready to check out within two minutes but couldnt find anyone to pay. While searching I went to the restroom. Omg I almost passed out from the ammonia smell of urine. The worst public restroom Ive ever seen. Sears corpus christi you You are a disgrace to the once proud Sears Robuck. Kmart has ruined Sears. What a shame. Corporate needs to fire all management and try again. Until then I wont be back.

I have shopped and enjoyed going to Sears all my life. However, perhaps it is time to shut down. They closed the service center in Corpus Christi, the store itself has no experienced staff and no floor associates. With no prices you have to wait in line for a price check, walk around finding a register that is staffed. When you find help usually they dont know what your talking about. Sad very sad they should retreat to smaller stores and sell tools and lawncare and appliances that they are famous for.

Its ok. Lack of tools kind of disappointing and always out of certain tools. I was stationed in Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana and their tool selection in each store makes corpus look like a joke. Corpus needs to get with the program and realize its s bigger city than people think. Sears needs to expand, have bigger selection of the single/loose wrenches and sockets. Also need to add more of the Craftsman Professional tools. Staff is usually really nice but they seem to be short staffed.

Sears customer service is horrible, one could walk around and not find one salesperson or associate, you can stand at the register for countless minutes waiting on a cashier to appear. I messed up and visited, why when I knew what I was gonna get. Never again, hopefully this one closes along with the rest of them. Should have no star, but with this program you have to give at least one. Those who have more than 3 stars are lying, dont get duped like I did, buyer beware.

This store is sooooo hot! And I asked for help waiting for over an hour! Just for them to tell me to order online ugh! The people there dont know what their doing and dont care! To the chick that was working downstairs pull your pants up honey no one wants to see you junk! So unprofessional never going back! The only good worker in that store was the young man who works in the mattress department when I went a couple weeks back! Other then that Im never going back.

Went to buy a 25000btu air conditioner with heat pump. I had seen them on line and went to Sears on Airline to see what was in stock. Nothing close and i mentioned i saw them on line. No help at all. All I was told was they might have a better selection on line. What ever happened to ordering a product as a backorder? I received low to no assistence. Two bad service experiences in that department back to back. Dont know if i will go for three.

Sears usually closes there Gates coming into the mall at 9 oclock and now they close them all the time. There is no way for a customer like myself to go in your store. I have to walk all around the outside in order to get in. It was very convenient for me to do an oil change on my vehicle and come to work at the same time now since the gates are close I no longer take my car to get serviced just because they want to have the gates closed.

I am beyond upset. I have had the parts to my washing machine sitting on my table for weeks and every time the technician is scheduled to show up, he doesnt. I have paid over 100.00 at the laundromat when I shouldnt have to. I dont even want this washer anymore. I dont need the warranty that I purchased on my refrigerator and microwave because sears doesnt hold up their end of the deal. The whole warranty is a lie.

Ordered a refrigerator on Tuesday for For Friday Delivery. Talked to a real person on the phone at the time of purchase, was told the delivery date was Friday May 26th. On May 26th I called to see if i could get an ETA on my delivery and was told it would be delivered on June 6th. No customer service. No attempt was made by anyone at sears to find out what was going on. canceled my order. Im done with Sears.
