We wanted flooring that was on sale, but out of stock, so department manager said to check back in a week and when it arrived in store, they would honor the sale price. Store manager decided that wasnt acceptable and said we should have paid for it and backordered it. We would have done so, but that wasnt what we were told. Store Manager was arrogant and believes its our problem to deal with. NEVER AGAIN! Home Depot in Mansfield used to be great, but their service is absolutely terrible now, and this isnt my only reason for saying so.

If youre an educated female who knows what shes doing - AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! The men will talk to you like an idiot, even though you may be the one correcting their mistakes, and they will not miss an opportunity to disparage you. Oh, and if youre an attractive female--forget it! The women are not any better! This has been the case EVERY TIME I visit this location. The only positive is that the younger generation of males and females are surprisingly far more helpful.

Always enjoy the fun trip to Home Depot where you walk around to trying to find someone to help you . That old past time of find the employee at the home improvement store. You know what let me just download the Home Depot app so I can find what Im looking for. Nothing like waiting 10 minutes for your app to download on a crappy cell network blocked by Home Depots wals. Oh here you go heres a 20 megabyte update that you need. Oh and hold the baby while doing all this

Checkout service is absolutely awful. There were two trainees on checkouts and I was waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. All this, while 5 other store associates stood around gossiping - and not one of them acknowledged me or offered to help. Absolutely shoddy service! To be fair, the queues at the contractor checkouts are normally really quick and the girls up there are very friendly, so from now on Im only going to go to those.

I purchased a Christmas Tree today that was on clearance. Alisha was very helpful she enlisted Joanie, Keith and Linda and they took the tree down. Alisha set me up with a tree bag and they packed the tree in the tree bag per Joanies suggestion. Alisha helped me to get it to the front and then to my car. From beginning to end the experience was amazing and each person was such a joy! Way to go Home Depot for hiring wonderful people!

They have a guy roaming the store trying to get you to remodel your kitchen. Im staring at an empty shelf where the product I want should be. Guy knows nothing about that--just about kitchen remodels. Wtf? SO in these cases, I leave the store and buy NOTHING.

2 yrs ago I would have rated it 5 stars, but I have noticed all departments are starting to slack. Now some items are not on the shelf they are still boxed in upper storage. No staff members will ask if you need help.
