Great Prices & Great Selection! I truly enjoy shopping here and Im always telling my friends and co-workers where I found my awesome finds. The place is incredibly organized and you can tell that the workers work diligently to make sure racks are movable and fun to shop. I enjoy all their women selections and I feel that there is a style here for everyone. They have a boutique and vintage section which I LOVE going through. You can find anything here! I highly recommend you stop by, as it was such a gem to find when I was dropping the dog off next door. Armon & Christina are so kind! Very well done & a local favorite spot!

Not a good experience. I did not find a good selection of clothes, but did find one shirt I liked. I was told that it was an extra 25% too which was awesome. When I got to the register the girl told me the price and it didnt make sense- I told her this and she assured me she had taken off the 25%. I get my receipt and she had not. When I showed her she apologized, but did not know how to fix it. She had to get her manager and they had a 10-15 min discussion about options and then the manager spent some time training her to the point that I just wanted to leave but they were holding my shirt hostage. Such a waste of time!

The staff is great and pretty welcoming, but the options are limited for men. If youre going there to sell items, go in knowing that theyre going to low-ball you. Theyre pretty particular about the styles they actually buy, and they dont offer you as much as youd hope. For example, I brought in a pair of new, in-box, never worn shoes (literally still had the paper stuffing in them). Theyre valued at $80 if bought from the retailer. I was offered $10.50 for them (roughly 13% of their value). Imagine that same equation panning out for your used items that may have ware or be valued at less.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY LOST MY BAG, UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNPHASED... I used to love this place..would regularly consign and shop until today. I dropped off a small bag for consigning just prior to close and they took the entire next day to go through it only to call and say they took a few items just before they closed...obviously I was unable to drop everything and pick it up and told the employee that...went to pick up the nexr day as I said I would and the bag is gone...everyone there was insanely unhelpful and nonchalant about losing my full bag of barely even worn items.

First time shopper and loved it! Smells good! They do a great job of selecting clothing. Everything is stylish and in great condition. Decent prices, only tops seemed a bit pricey. Great selection of vintage clothes separated out in the back which is fun to look through. Found a dress and great vintage shirt that will surely get attention at the next ugly Christmas party I go to!

I love love love this place. Selling here is much more easygoing and seemingly welcomed than other places Ive gone to, I.e Buffalo Exchange. The staff here are really nice and always willing to help wether you just wanna sell or buy or both. And the money you make is well worth selling your clothes. Its organized pretty well, by item then size. They even have a vintage section!

Great consignment shop. Staff use to be friendly but now they are inattentive and chatty with each other. Its hit or miss when you go there, sometimes I find some great stuff and sometimes I search for a while and find nothing. The mens selection is great too. They have really decently priced sale items. If you have the time to hunt the racks you might find something.

This store is probably the best thrift store Ive been to! The staff was superrrrrr helpful and offering to start a hold for me at the front whenever I had a handful of clothes. The clothes and other was abundant and very reasonably priced. The trends were very on-style and brand-name, and it was all very nicely organized. I definitely recommemd going there.

Like with any consignment shop it just depends on the day. Sometimes I walk out with an armful of goodies and some days I walk out empty handed. I have noticed a decline in customer service lately. A lot less friendly and willing to help. I have felt like a nuisance to the employees just for being there lately. Not a good vibe :(

Great place to bring vintage, funky, cool, and slighty worn clothes. You wont get much for them but its better than nothing! They usually tend to take more items than Platos, but I usually get more money at Platos. The prices for buying clothes here are great though! Youll always find something cool and interesting!

Unreasonably long wait to look through less than 10 pieces of clothes that I brought in to sell-- over an hour and a half-- and there were only two people ahead of me. The reviews say that they buy "designer" clothes, but the selection on the womens clothing rack is mostly Forever 21 (and that quality) of clothes.

Trendy and vintage pieces at good prices. Attracts a bohemian/artsy crowd. The shop is well organized by type, size and color and has nice dressing rooms. Can walk over after brunch at Kerbey Lane, a bite at Torchys or Crepe Crazy. Finish up with a trip to Half-Price Books

Being a college student, Ive lately been enjoying the thrifting experience. This store has designer brands for a great price! The clothes are trendy, up-to-date, and a cheap price! Highly recommend if your into stores like Platos Closet. I will be visiting here more often!

You can find some gems In this bad boy but please make sure you have a free day or a couple of hours to yourself to look and try on things. They have a terrific vintage section stuff from the 70s & 80s even 60s. Its a must to check out Uptown Cheapskates.

They dont have a very large selection for men. Also it seems that they only have sizes for super skinny dudes not the average joe. Trading clothes in is a joke, youre better off donating or going to trade in at a platos closet

Great place for buying used clothes! They have a huge selection, and the store can feel a bit cramped at times, but there are some real gems. They have a great selection of vintage items towards the back and some great sales!

They told me to bring my items in and they did not buy any of my items I brought in 2 tailor made suits brand new and I did not see anything wrong with them this store has very poor service

They have a very wide range of styles and sizes that are unique. The prices for selling and buying are as resonable as it gets. Sold 14 items for $60 and it took less than 45 minutes.
