The customer service was horrible and the manager was very unprofessional. The dressing room employee, Gabby had an attitude and didnt apologize for her rude behavior, after my sister apologized. The manager, Christian, didnt let me finish telling the incident, he just automatically cut me off and said "well if somebody is being rude to me, im going to be rude back." Ive worked retail for about 5-6 years of my life and Ive NEVER heard any MANAGER give a customer attitude or interrupt the customer when the customer is complaining on an employee, even if the customer made a manger upset. It was very unprofessional.

Had a horrible experience just now. My friends foot was hurt and we asked if there was any carts he could ride in.. the FRONT door person gave us so much attitude and told us "uh no this is a thrift store" I totally get its a retail store but it was just a question and we asked as nice as possible. My friend had a drink and I have brought my water bottle in there manyyyyyy times.. she literally took it from his hands and walked away.. why would they have a person thats so rude upfront? We left and will not be spending our money here.. better customer service down the st on Oltorf in front of the Taco Bell..

This is the best thrift store in the area. I used to think all thrift stores were full of awful clothes at bad prices, but I just hadnt been to Savers yet. They have a huge selection that rotates often. Ive bought department store tops in great condition for four bucks! I also got almost all the pieces for my Halloween costume here. They use a color coding system for weekly sales, but they dont advertise it very well and I can never tell what color is on sale when. Go on weekday evenings as it can get a little out of control on weekends.

The clothes has bed bugs! I bought two pants and in then I saw two bed bugs crawling out of the pocket.I told the cashier that I had saw three bed bugs and she started laughing I dont know what she was thinking but I dont recommend anyone to buy at the store. I recommend you all to check all of the stuff that you are buying. And mainly, I dont want anyone to get bed bugs...

I was excited about Savers..but its a lie. They bale the clothes like garbage and buy them as waste. Then they lie about donating to local charities. Its pennies. Give to real people, real charities instead.

Decent prices that are comprable or better than Goodwill. Sometimes the store has a smell in it and it tends to feel dirty. Last few times, it didnt seem as if the employees really cared all that much.

Like most thrift store, the womens section is extensive, but the mens is lacking. Theres a fair amount of kids clothes. Found some nice clothes for my little boy. And everything was fairly organized.

I love coming here every few weeks to see what "new" clothes they have. I buy my work clothes and my casual clothes from Savers. Why pay $40 for new pants when I can get them almost new for $6?

The clothes leave your hands smelling like urine. The workers only care about whether your stealing from the store or not. The only person that had good customer service was our cashier.
