I think this store is great for shopping. But I would not recommending working there. Rachael the manager drew a stick figure of me on a dry erase board pushing one of those carts they put their stuff out with. I do believe she was maiming fun of the way I wear my hair. That was the 2nd day I worked there. I didnt wear my hair like that again when going to work. Then I got a huge cut on the back of my ankle from there. I went to a nearby store to buy bandaids. I left the box of bandages in the break room. I go back to get a fresh bandage and they were gone. And I also witnessed one of the cashiers stealing money. And on my fourth day there I had no other choice but to leave my purse in the break room while working. I go back into the break room for something and my wallet is sticking out of my purse. I did not leave my wallet sticking out like that. So Rachael took 8 hours off my schedule and claimed she gave them to a new hire. Upon my hire Rachael the manager hired me for 7.45. Then I asked her when I would be able to get a raise. She told me I would never be able to get a raise. The exploitation I experienced here was awful. I had to ask for breaks. Only to be glared at like I already had taken my break. Which I hadnt. The thing that upset me the most was Racheal making fun of my hair. I wore it in two buns on both sides of my head. She thought it was funny. Not funny. Not cool. Normally that wouldnt have bothered me so much, but my teenage daughter passed away a few years ago and was bullyed to death by other kids. I found it very disturbing that someone in authority was actually bullying me at work. But it happened right b4 my eyes, like it was normal for her to do so.

Nice selection on some items. Not the best deals. A lot of lounge pants were priced at $5.99 and tops $7.99 and boots for $25 so I was a little surprised at some of the prices as this is a thrift shop. There were a few $2.99 cheap items mixed in. I went in looking for a pair if shoes for my baby and found one shoe in his size and no sign of the other shoe. What really annoyed me though was 15 minutes from closing they non stop tell everyone over the speaker they are closing and that the registers lock at 9pm sharp. Then two minutes before they actually close walk up to customers and say they are closed and the registers are closed, when in fact they arent even closed yet. My point is, most places are more courteous of their customers at closing time and dont rush you out the door as fast as they can. You basically feel kicked out by these people rather than a regular customer checking out at closing time who are not harassed basically.

This is an okay place. They have a dressing room. Some of their things are priced too high. I dont recommend working there. Their expectations are way to high in the back. A cashier is the best job there. Mens clothing is a major doozie. At the end of my first week there my finger tips were bruised. Lots of buttons in mens department. Putting hangers on pants for 8 hours isnt fun for your fingers.

I love this store and I am so happy I live so close to it. I am never disappointed inn the service from employees at this location. I love how you can always find a treasure for a very fair price. When you live on a tight budget this store is such a delight to spend you money. When I am treated well and things are clean and taken care of, example clean bathrooms I always go back.

Me gusta mucho ese lugar porque siempre encuentro lo que necesito y porque hay donde probarse la ropa y siempre hay muy buenos especiales. allí uno puede ahorrar dinero.

I completely believe that the scarier and dirtier a thrift store looks, the better deals youll find if you take the time to dig through the crap. Youll dig and dig, and reach your arm through that box that smells like a basement... and wham! you pull out a gem. I rarely come here, but stop by when Im on this side of town. Even when I dont find something, its fun.

One of the best in town.. and This place has the best tag sales. Usually 80%, 50% or 30% off. They used to change their sale every week but now they do it every other week. And if you plan on going there more than once def sign up for the rewards program. Its free and they send out a ton of coupons. I have saved a lot of money using those things.

Amazing store. Im big on thrift and this place takes the cake. The most expensive thing Ive found in there was $6. Most things are 2 or 3 bucks, so when you come across something thats more youre shocked! I one time spent about $30 being in there and bought an entire new wardrobe. Its a lovely place that I always recommend to fellow thirfters!

This is a great thrift store because the babys and childrens clothes are very low prices and in good condition. They often have sales when the childrens clothes are 50% off. We have been able to purchase many cute baby clothes for $.50-$2 on the sale days. This place beats Goodwill so bad! The staff is also very friendly.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and there were quite a few people shopping here. There is plenty of parking and there really isnt too much traffic in the area. The prices seemed very reasonable too. The book prices were really cheap. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice thrift store in Austin.

This is the closest store to my house, but I would still go here even if it wasnt. Prices are very low, selection is large, and things are well organized, unlike many other thrift stores. The main drawback is that there are no dressing rooms, so wear shorts or tights if you need to try on pants.

So I hardly find anything at this place, but I am definitely more motivated to buy things when I get their coupons from the preferred customer account. They have very little in the kids clothes section but their kids books selection is always fun to look through.

Thrift Town has the best prices on clothing of any thrift store Ive been to, including Goodwill and Savers. Its clear on the other side of town from me, but I go out there every few months because the prices are that good. The staff is usually pretty nice too.

This store has the best value for clothing I have found. Everything is well priced and organized. I usually find at least a few really good things, which doesnt happen as frequently other thrifts I go to. Wish it were north though.

Management has really got this store looking great , we like the way the glass items are separated in color groups . We buy to resale so it makes getting what we need easier ! . Thank you keep up the good work. Be Blessed
