I brought some delicate items to be donated including a very nice stereo system and dvd player. I mentioned to the receiving clerk prior to taking it out of my car that the electronics were in really nice shape. He proceeded the toss the items from 4 to 5 feet away into a box. The last item was a microwave ( heavy ) and that was tossed on top of the electronics. I didnt know what to say and left very disgusted. The electronics were obviously ruined and basically scrap metal at that point.

Just dropped off some items this morning. I took time to bubble wrap delicate and glass items and clearly marked it fragile. When they took items from my car they were not handled with care at all. The young man was ready to toss a whole box of fragile items into another box when I stopped him just in time. I heard glass breaking just before I stopped him. I would think twice before donating here.

I was really surprised at their selection. I know it rotates and you never know what theyll have, but I went in thinking Id buy a cheap pair of speakers, and walked out buying a new clock, new pans to match the set we already have, and the speakers. The checkout line was a little confusing but the line moved fast.

This is the smallest Goodwill I have ever been in, not much of anything. I didnt see plus size section here either, seems Goodwill doesnt have a plus size section at any of their stores like Arc does. The store was clean and neat and they were very nice.

It has some good quality stuff because its in Highlands Ranch. Mostly I buy furniture here because a lot of it is in really good condition and is there because some old person died and their kids didnt want it.
