Managers are very rude especially the thick lady store manager, cashiers are nice and other staff. The store should work on sending store management to social skills and attitude training. Over month ago I saw how the same thick lady treated an employee very rude..no wonder they constantly have new employees. I couldnt work there with that type of management. I honestly stopped shopping for there for that reason and then she stated to the employee thats what the owners want so if you do not like it you can go. Can you believe she said that out loud, if I heard it while waiting in line who else heard it..ppl should stop working there because without them the store has nothing..

I did an Update on the store and the inside, it seems like they fixed it a little bit but the place is still no good as far as the fish, but the meat is looking better, as for your uncle NH im sry i doubt he is right because i still work there and one guy forgot to put the meat into the cold room for at least 2 hours and i was the one called to go put the meat in the cold room when i am a stocker not working in the meat area, i am sorry but that is poor work ethic for a meat cutter to leave all that meat out, to think they were going to even use it still ugh nasty, ive heard the other locations are alot better and im set to move to one of those other locations.

PROS:: *Convenience is the key if youre needing to pick up a small amount of items... Not long lines to deal with as other supermarkets. *Some people wonder if they speak English here.... Yes they do... Theyre bilingual as most places are here in the Austin area. *Homemade food in a Mexicana atmosphere is a plus too... CONS:: *At peak hrs, management should assist their cashiers instead grouping up near the front... *Theyre working on it, but right now the parking conditions could be a bit better. ((would i recommend this location? Yes i would...))

Not what you would expect from the outside, but once you enter, you find a wonder and large Mexican supermarket with every item you could need. The produce department was expansive and cleaner than most traditional grocery stores, with great presentation. It also features an extensive restaurant, huge meat department, and fresh tortillas. Regardless, of our ethnicity, we should all add this place to our grocery outlets.

We went there to buy barbacoa by the pound. Any Mexican knows what that means, its meat, not tacos. because my nephew is light skinned & doesnt speak Spanish, they really screwed him over. Seriously over priced, not worth the trouble. Mexican restaurants/meat market with the same product are a dime a dozen in this city. Their price is literally priced 35-50% higher!! I wanted to give this store 0 stars!!

Typical Supermercado with a normal selection of dry goods and fresh from both sides of the border. The built in bakery makes some delicious treats (youll smell it first thing when you walk in). The taqueria is delicious and sometimes busy for lunch. Practice your Spanish and practice what you want to order before you make it to the line but theres normally a younger clerk who speaks English.

This place is an experience. The aisles are pretty narrow and English isnt the dominant language but you should be fine if you dont speak Spanish. Its a nice place to run in if you need something small and dont feel like waiting in the lines at HEB and various other spots around town. PRO TIP : Keep an eye out for their mailer coupons. They run some seriously insane food specials.

Food fresh meat market this location is limited on pro products but does have a restaurant in there and they have great deals so youre looking to get a whole grocery full of groceries they wont have things that youre probably looking for they have the basics and they have great me and good deals especially at the restaurant

Sometimes they have specials in the produce department, the cheeses are great but the meat is low quality. I saw them putting preservatives on it. Few paying lines are open. Their space is very narrow and parking limited. The bread looks great but it is very dry dough.

El rancho is one of my favorite grocery stores because of produce prices as well as their tres leches cakes, which are delicious! Their sales can be great. Customer service is professional and courteous.

This is a place where you can find cheap produce and a good bakery! I just dont like that they have just a few open cashiers when there is too many people ready to pay. Otherwise is good for purchases

Pan dulce was a bit stale. Agua fresca (limón) tasted like sugar tap water with a splash of lime. But, it is always clean and the employees are always friendly.
