I had a long list of items to purchase today among one of them was fabric. I dont usually ask for help but since the fabric needed to be cut and tagged I did. There was not a soul to be found and just by chance I asked one of the assistant managers to page someone for me. The person NEVER came. Many, MANY employees passed by only to turn away and ignore me. Out of ALL the employees they have NOT a single one offered to help even though I was waiting by the counter obviously needing help. I got tired of waiting so I asked someone from Photos. He said he would help as soon as he was done, then a customer asked him for help and he helped them, leaving me waiting yet again. After that, he came by, cut the fabric and left, never to return. I was frustrated and went looking for him. He was busy with something else and apparently forgot about me. When I approached him he said, "oh yes, I was going to give you the tagged price." Well, after waiting for AT LEAST half an hour for the tag, I was terribly annoyed and left. I went looking for a manager to explain that because of the negligence I was going to make my over $200.00 purchase elsewhere. I do understand that with such a small purchase my business may not be important, but if you add all my future expenses, which by the way wont be at ANY WALMART, they might add up to something. I dont know how they train employees, but I suggest they advice them about customer service.

Im very discussed by the walmart on shary road due to the fact that I go with my family shopping for christmas gifts on November 25,2011. I noticed that two co-workers both females were holding hands and touching each other in inappropriate ways. My child noticed this at first and began to question of the acts of the two coworkers. Luckily my husband did get their names and noticed that one was an assistant or of the management position. I do hope that who ever runs that walmart takes action of the behavior of the two young ladies. The names of the two co-workers are Jessica and Alma. i really do hope that something is done to fix this because i am a customer of this walmart for 6 years now and wouldnt like to go to another store to shop. But I do hope this issue is work on. I am a worried mother and dissapointed customer.

THEIR CUDSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEIR CASHIERS AND SUPERVISORS DONT TAKE ANY PRIDE IN WORKING THEIR OR THEIR WORK! Its 12:00am and Im trying to pay for 2 items, the cashier turns off his light, and looks up at me and another customer and tells us his register is closed, after we wete already standing in line for 5 mins. Theres only 1 cash register open and about 10 to 12 customers waiting in line to pay. After expressing my fustration to their front end supervisor, she tells me she has her masters and can work any where else. ***REALLY...THEN WTF R U DOING WORKING THERE??? I hate hate, Walmart...but couldnt find what I was looking for at HEB!

use to like it.... till today ... there was a a special on an ice cream benandjerrys ....it was about 4 something but todays price in a big sign said 2.38 or so and it ended up being a lie they did not fix there mistake they just asked me if I wanted it or not for apparently it was on special but for like 50 cents less ... I get that the price went low whatever .... what disappoints dissapoints me is the fact that they did not say sorry or try to give me the price that was literaly on the fridge :/ bad costomer service expirience ....

I asked an employee if he could help me find a movie and he cut me off and told me he couldnt check the system....when i had just went to the walmart in alamo and they searched the system in the attempts to help me. Also i experienced a man in his 30s being refused the right to buy cigarettes because he didnt have an ID so his dad steps in and tries buying ciggs and they were like we know its for him and they made a big ordeal. It was ridiculous. Employees were no help.

One thing I hate the most about Walmart its that they close an entrance at night! If you enter through that door and the close, you have to walk all the way around to get to your car. Theyre always short of cashiers, that shouldnt happend at least on weekends; we used to go at least 4 times a week, we live close but we rather go to HEB plus across the highway. Hipe they do something about it. Prices are good

Took my car for an oil change and to patch a tire. It was supposed to take 30 minutes i go back in an hr and there still not done and everyone is hovering around my car. I get home and I have a dent on my car and my rim is all scratched up. And then they cant even admit to it or show me the cameras and manager doesnt even bother to opologize or try to fix problem. Dont take your car there

This Walmart store always seems to be disorganized. There are never any shopping carts in the store, but rather strewn all over the parking lot. Ive never been able to get assistance in the bakery after 5:00 PM, and its very difficult to find a sales associate to help customers find merchandise. This is my least favorite Walmart in the Mission-McAllen area.

Of all the Wal-Marts Ive been to, this is one of the most disappointing ones. The automotive folks seem the be the only ones that seem to care about helping you. The store employees seem to have such low morale and just getting someone to help you is next to impossible. This used to be one of the most decorated Wal-Marts... what happened?!?!

If your gonna have someone answering your phone for customer service, plz I suggest you have people who can answer the phone who can actually help you and have customer service! This is for a lot of wal-marts. If you get tired of answering people on the phone and then customer service is not your job.

Very unfriendly people seemed to hate there job. It was like we was a bother just in another 3rd world. Same experience as when you go to Mexico nobody is happy to see you. Good luck if you get one to reply to you. I say hi how you doing and from them nada.

Even the store manager hangs the phone on you. What do you expect from the rest of staff. Walmart CEOs need to look more closely on what is happening. This store and staff are far the worst I have seen. Go to McAllen or elsewhere but Mission.
