Hector delamora gave me a decent tattoo, but failed to finish it so I scheduled to come back 2 weeks later. He then told me I had to wait 2 more weeks because he was just too busy with personal problems with his car and his wife. Then he got defensive with me about customer service. If you disagree with his timing or schedule he will treat you like dirt and belittle the importance of his own artwork. I spent 700$ in this shop and left with unfinished work. When I expressed my disappointment he argued that I didnt give him enough time. Then argued that he did finish and that I was unclear on what I wanted. Even though I had our messages to back up the claims. He went back to arguing that I had a bad attitude and thats why he did not prioritize me. He had an excuse for everything

First of all I am glad I heard their commercial on KNON about 1 year ago.Since day one about 1 year ago I liked the vibe in the shop. They great/treat you in a very professional manner and make you feel very comfortable. I have gone several times since March 01, 2014, I got a custom piece done by Javier the owner. I would recommend checking out their face book page which contains the various artist portfolios so you can see the great work they do. Each artist is great and has their own style in tattooing, not saying that one is better than the other but all tattoo artist have a certain uniqueness to their work. Shout out to Big Dawg and Shadow for the great pieces that they have added to my collection, GRACIAS HOMIES.

I love going here this is the only place where I go to get my tattoos done been going here for years me and my husband both go they do badass job all the artist and owner are really cool people I always tell people where I get my work done I wont go anywhere else very clean and very professional i highly recommend this place

Friendly staff. They will work with you to get what you want including sketching and helping you decide color or black and grey. The artists are all talented and each can do several different styles well. Pricing is by size/color and they have daily specials too. Cant go wrong with these guys!!
