Dont get me wrong: I love the way my tattoo came out. Karina is extremely sweet and talented. However, we were told our 4 tattoos would take 2 hours. My mother, sister, and I went there, excited to get our tattoos and enjoy the mother daughter bonding experience. However, we knew something was off when Karina took a piercing client after already setting my mom up, stencil on and everything. She said it would take 5 minutes, and we all sat there for 25. 3 hours later, she had finished my mom and sister. Already an hour behind schedule. She set me up, and took yet another piercing client, taking half an hour to help them, telling us it would take 5. We were hungry and impatient by then, since we had made dinner reservations for that evening at 8:30 (she told us it would take from 6-8), and it was 9 now. The owner walked by, and we respectfully voiced our frustrations with him. He proceeded to cuss me out (a 100lb 18 year old girl), calling us "f***ing b****es" and telling us he didnt need our "f****ng sass or business" and to get out. So, we got ready to leave, prepping our money. Karina came out and apologized profusely, taking me back into the studio to complete my tattoo(it took another hour, when she said it would take 30 minutes). I was shaking from fear after being screamed at by the owner, but she did a wonderful job calming me down and did a fantastic job on all of our pieces. I give her 4 stars (taking one away for her not rationing time well) and the shop 1 star, since the owner was so horrible to us. If she were to move shops, we would gladly follow her there. But until then, we are staying the hell away from the chosen one ink.

If I could give zero stars I would! Stopped by this place one day to get tragus piercing for my daughter and I. Piercer was out that day so we came back the following weekend. I had talked with one of the tattoo artists about documentation needed for my 13 year old. He said birth certificate and my license would be fine. When we returned some blonde (Ill be polite on this review and not call her what she is) chick rudely said a school ID is needed. As I tried telling her one of the artists told me what I had was enough, she proceeded to tell me I was acting like a child. I think its real funny though that all 4 of us left and got pierced at D&G ($200 worth of piercings) while yall turn customers away over a ridiculous school ID! You could of had an easy $200 but let hoodrats run off paying customers. Yalls loss. Dont go to this place, they have no respect for their customers. ***Nice response...obviously education is not your strong suite, given you cannot even construct a grammatically correct sentence! Youre welcome for the one star!

I have been here multiple times for both tattoos and piercings. They do an amazing job and are very professional. I have taken most of my friends and family and referred anyone i know looking to have work done. They have an awesome staff and are reasonable on the prices. One of the things i love the most is they will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new piece even if you go in having no idea what you actually want.. Lol by far the best shop i have ever been to hands down!! If you dont believe me go check it out for yourself!!

I have been coming to chosen one Inc. to have a cover-up done on my back for 20+ hours. My tattoo artist Karina has been very great at making sure my needs were met and walking me through the whole tattoo process phase by phase. For as many hours as I have spent here already, I have noticed that they make you feel like one of their own friends. I would highly recommend Karina to do a tattoo on anybody and have had three of my friends come in to have tattoos done here as well.

This was my first tattoo,so I wanted it to get done right regardless of the price and these guys are nothing short of beyond amazing. The Tattoo artist walked me through the process of whats going to happen and it was very helpful. The tattoo artist that worked on my piece has 20 years under his belt, so I trusted him and everything worked out great. If youre looking to get something done, ask for Ali, he will take care of you, he is a fantastic artist.

I went to get a sun and moon tattoo from Dozer, but wanted it to be more orignal than all of the things found online and the walls. He ended up drawing it to look like crystals, the moon an amethyst and the sun a sunstone. He was kind, professional, and was able to work with me while I tried to decide exactly what I wanted. I am sure I will be going back once I figure out what my next tattoo will be!

Went there yesterday to get my first tattoo and my daughter went to get her nose pierced. We absolutely love this place Matt the owner did my daughters piercing and she was so nervous and Matt kept her calm the whole time and did it fast. She now wants her helix done. I love my tattoo done by Audra! She is such a talented artist Im so glad I went to The Chosen One! We are coming back!

Ive been to a lot of shops recently. Like the kandy shop ,hellbent, vato loco, and urban and i have never been to one like this shop. Matt the owner was so helpful helping us with our half sleeve tattoo ideas. Karina did the best full color sleeve on me and now we are putting this tattoo on a magazine its so nice thanks chosen one for the best experience! Best around no joke!

Great staff, great service. Very welcoming, my nose piercing was taken care of very quickly with no pain at all. It literally took 3 seconds and he cleaned it up and gave me instructions to take care of it!!! I would recommend them for any piercings because theyre fast and easy :) Go see my man Matt and Karina for great service and prices for anything you need.

BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! Staff is awesome their work is great! KARINA has been tattooing my sleeve and doing a fantastic job at it!!! Her work is second to none!
