The only thing bothers me about shopping at United grocery store, the fact that they have the rewards program. This isnt a vacation spot where residents get discounts. This is Abilene Texas. When they ask me if I am a rewards member it makes me feel like I dont belong or my business is not appreciated. It simply reminds me why I order online through Walmart. There I always get more for my money!

Sunday night, 8:00, August 29. ACU is up and running full steam. The booths are full of students studying--and nobodys working at Peets. Ok, folks, summers over. The kids are ready to study. Its time to bring back the cheap lattes on Sunday nights like last year and open up. Its study hall time and the kids have some money.

Have seen a rapid decline in the past 18 Months. They have replaced everyone with people who are interested in pretty much anything but the customer. Bad attitude. They cant count on their own. Hand them cash and the look so confused and have to break out a calculator ridiculous

Its an ok store, smaller one so not as many options. Some of the isles are poorly put together like refried beans and salsa are in 2 different isles. The register setup is terrible as the registers are big and bulky and if youre a larger person, more difficult to get through.

United maintains a small-town grocers feel, even as the company grows. Not many still offer carry-out help for every customer, but thats what sets them apart, in my opinion.
