Deserving of one star because its the only HEB in town. Several problems to include not enough items stocked on shelves / less than ideal variety , but the main complaint is the professionalism/ mentality of some of the HEB associates . One associate in particular has blatant sexual issues inregards to the opposite sex in which he feels the need to try to pursue any women . Ive had the unfortunate pleasure of being a targeted individual . FYI to the females out there... He does not accept NO kindly and you may In counter smear campaign . In my haste I didnt acknowledge the absolutely wonderful associates of HEB. They are truly wonderful people , and fairly recently have made great strides in updating the store. I do apologize in advance for letting any individuals bring me down to their level , b/c it will hurt those that work so hard to better HEB in this community.

If I can avoid this store I do. With the exception of a few employees like the very helpful Partners in the produce, the ladies in the bakery, and a couple of front end partners, the other partners are rude and unhelpful. Just today I had to shop here I had three baskets full and the cashier hand me my receipt and told me to have a nice day without even so much as thinking twice to offer me a carry out I had to carry one basket to the car and come back inside and get the other basket take it to the car and go back for the third basket. Unacceptable I would expect that at Walmart but not at HEB. Having three baskets I should not have been asked for help out it should have just been given but I couldnt have even refused because I never even got offered

For a town the size of Burnet the selection is great. And for those that live in the city and use this store regularly HEB has added a new convenience. If there is an item that you would like from a larger HEB (ex: gluten-free blueberry mix) you can turn in a (orange) card to your cashier. On Thursdays a lady comes by all the smaller HEBs and gathers the requests. Picks up the items at the larger HEB (Leander or Marble Falls) and delivers your items to your local HEB. If it is an item that you would like regularly but the Burnet store simply doesnt have the shelf space, they can bring you the item weekly. Now thats what I call customer service!!

This HEB location has updated and improved tremendously over the past 6 months. They have more selections and a great display of fresh items. Thank you for bringing up the standards of our community store!!! Love the fact that I dont have to drive all the way to Marble Falls anymore.

Its the only grocery store in town so its always busy. Store is neat and clean and employees are friendly and helpful. It doesnt have everything the bigger stores do....the biggest complaint I have was that their oven was broke down all through the 2016 holiday season :(

Great smaller size HEB to stop in while traveling back from Waco when Im tired and dont feel like driving into Marble Falls for the larger one. They dont always have the healthier versions of things BUT I have noticed that getting better.

Normally I would do 5 stars. This evening when we went grocery shopping at this HEB the shelves were not fully stocked. I was just surprised because it is FRIDAY NIGHT and am pretty sure they needed to be better ready for the weekend!!

Good prices and good people. This location may not have the selection of an HEB Plus but that is because of spacial limitations. Still a vast selection of groceries and the HEB brands are generally better than the name brands.

This store is clean, well organized, and has very friendly staff. Their produce selection is fantastic. If you havent tried the Cafe Ole San Antonio blend coffee, you are missing out!

This is a small store so selections are limited unless you want HEB brands. Staff are always friendly & cashiers are fast. For a local store it fine.
