Danny in the Garden Department is a young kid with fantastic customer service. He set aside a clearance patio set for me while I shopped until my son arrived with a truck for pick-up. When we got home and found a slight imperfection upon assembly he had the part pulled from the floor model before we arrived to trade it out. Coming off a bad experience at Lowes that wouldnt sell a floor model "clearance" patio set (what?) after I had paid for it and was leaving with it to load it since no one would help, Danny has made my day + the HEB set was $100 cheaper and better quality. Love my HEB.

I am new to the Canyon Lake area. I use to frequent the Blanco HEB Plus which was great. Now the Spring Branch is my new favorite place to shop. The Garden Center Staff & Electronics staff have been awesome to deal with. And many others in the store from the specialty cooking center to the checkout staff have been helpful and happy. Very laid back atmosphere. Much different than some of the in town stores.

I shop at this store regularly and find their grocery selection to be vast and their prices to be reasonable /fair. The shelves are well stock and orderly. Store personnel are friendly and helpful. The "plus" portion of the name is a bit exaggerated based upon my personal opinion, when compared to your typical Walmart, but it does offer more than just groceries.

This is a nice HEB Plus - it has fresh orange juice, sushi made on site, a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and even a Rediclinic on site. Theres also a decent electronics section at the back. On the downside, the deli trays are expensive for the tiny amounts (compared with Costco or Sams) and the surly service.

I dont shop at this HEB often but its always been a good experience when I do. They also have a fuel station with great prices on gas and diesel. They have a drive through car wash that fits a 4 door dually pickup perfectly. I like that they have a car wash big enough to fit my truck. Does a decent job of cleaning it too.

We recently moved to the area from McKinney, TX so are new HEB customers. As a new shopper, I am not familiar where everything is. I find I can ask any employee for the location of a product and they know where it is. It saves me a lot of time by not having to look up and down the aisles.

Got everything you need. Not sure you can go in and not doing what youre looking for. Wish we had one near where we live! Clean and service is great. Quick resisters, in and out and products placed logically throughout store.

I like shopping in the morning because of the nice checkers but new managers changed the schedules around and I never get the same smiling ladies anymore. Plus the younger kids are so rude that work there.

Convienent Location. Lots of Parking Space. Friendly Atmosphere. Helpful Staff. Sometimes, Ill start dancing and music will just play like it comes out of nowhere. This is the best vacation ever!

Location is a little confusing when coming from 281 since the sign at 281 leads you to believe its on the corner of the intersection of 281 and 46. Otherwise, this is a great store.
