Weve gotten food from here about 10 times and 6 out of 6 of the past pick-up orders have had something wrong with it. Usually including leaving the cheese and bacon off of the BACON CHEESEburger. Theyve never offered us anything except to drive BACK to them so they can fix our order. Heres an idea: GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Im an assistant manager at a restaurant myself so Ive tried to be understanding and support a local small business, but you cant help someone that wont help themselves and just because you can make good food, doesnt mean you should open a restaurant. It sucks to have such a poorly ran food joint as one of the only options within 5 minutes of your house, but I can drive a little further for better service and equally as good food.
