As a long time Kroger supporter this location is the worse Ive ever encountered. Ive never encountered this behavior at any of the locations through out Atlanta, Marietta, Stone mountain , Duluth and many more through out Ohio. I always feel like a criminal when I enter this location. The employees do not allow you to shop in peace. They treat you like youre a thief. Incident 1. I went to buy butter and get a money order. I got the butter and went to the customer service desk to get my money order. While walking through the front of the store to the customer service desk, I was chased down as if I was going to walk out. The employee realized I was going to customer service desk and tried to walk away as if she was not chasing me down. Called the store to complain and the manager told me there has been a lot of theft so they are on alert. Im not the thief so how does this involve me? Kroger, why have your customer service area at the front of the store if you can not trust your customers to bring their groceries to the front of the store to pay? Basically you expect a customer to pay twice so your employees will not treat customers like criminals. Incident 2 today 5/14/2016 Went to purchase eggs and onion soup. I happened to pick up a hair care product as well. While searching for the onion soup an employee begin to follow me and watch me. This was my first time buying onion soup and I did not know where to locate it. When I looked up he pretended to shop. He had an apron on but I did not want to offend him by asking him for help and he did not work there. I went to look for help and could not find any employee to help me find it. I called my mom and she helped me over the phone. I headed back in the exact isle the employee was following me to locate the onion soup with my mothers help. I seen the employee that was following me standing back watching aisles. If he was not busy treating me like a thief and viewed me as a customer he could have offered assistance and saved me some time. This is the worse Kroger to ever spend your money. I loved the fresh produce but publix and Walmart will be the only franchise that will receive my money. I will continue to support the great Kroger stores in the Atlanta area!

This store has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced... Will never ever ever go back here again. Not only was there trash all over the store, the employees were NOT helpful & when I tried to speak to a manager about my order being messed up with the totals and payment part I was BLOCKED by a mean lady who told me to "take it up with my card holder services & that Krogers dont got nothing to do with that" ... even though its THEIR STORE?! Worst experience ever. Just terrible. And its sad because I love Krogers. Loyal Kroger shopper. Maybe I just need to shop only on my side of town. Because I stopped at this store & was treated like dirt! I seriously just want to give up on Krogers all together...

Horrible store I used to shop there at least 2 to 3 times a week and in the last month have gotten home and realized at least 4 of my items have been expired by months. Yesterday I had to return baby corn that was expired since April of 2016. Everytime I bring it to the stores attention then blame it on something else and never take responsibility for the lazy people that are not doing their job. I should not have to check the expiration date on all my food as I shop but at this store I have to. Absolutely horrible store.

Unreliable with bad service. Twice now Ive gone here and they told me they didnt take mastercard on that particular day. Other days, they apparently take mastercard. On top of the poor service and rotting produce, this place isnt worth the (short) trip, since they may not have what I need, if they have it it may be rotting, and if its not, well, you never know what payment options they will accept on any given day.

Great selection of products at prices that are more expensive than Aldi yet less expensive than Publix. If you go at off hours then you will see some sketchy looking people but if you go during normal hours then the place is crowded. Produce is fresh and occasionally you can find some great deals when stuff is in season. Useless auto department but I appreciate that the gas station has Seafoam.

This is the stock standard Kroger for all purposes except for the fact that there always seems to be a police officer standing by right inside which always sets me on edge. No problem with the officer actually being there but the fact that his presence feels so necessary always puts me off and makes me want to travel to Aldis for food instead.

I forgot my salad mix at Kroger and called back to see if it was at the register. The staff was friendly and understanding. They assisted me with replacing the lost salad mix. I really appreciate that they didnt treat me like a criminal or liar. Thanks Krogers!

A felt unsafe here and discriminated. A guy was calling me names and was trying to mug me. Will never go to this Kroger again. This incident happened at around 8pm.

Overall great store. Not as renovated as other Kroger stores, overall great store. Also, the pre-cut fruit is never kept in stock. I go to publix for that now.
