I ran in to grab a carton or two of ice cream but found that an entire aisle of the freezer section was completely empty. Since price tags were still posted and the freezer seemed to be working, I wondered if they were recovering from a malfunction or undergoing a renovation or were actually just out of all these products. Unfortunately, the cashier girl looked at me like I had three heads when I asked a simple question and it seemed apparent she didnt care to try to help me. I went on to ask if she knew what was going on with said freezer aisle only to get another dumbfounded look and shrugged her shoulders. Thats when I noticed what seemed to be a manager, if not, at least an older fella with the capacity to give me more than a blank stare but, he too, did not attempt to engage me with any information. Before blowing my top and making a scene, I just smiled and said "OK, guess not" and left. I do not plan on going back to that IGA whereas this is not the 1st time Ive encountered lackluster customer service.
