Well where to begin!? The first time i went to the dealership it was due to a serpentine belt squeaking on my 06 Silverado. They told me it was b/c i had a cheap belt, and charged me to put in a new GM belt. 3 months later it was squeaking again. Been through 4 or 5 belts in 50k miles, and they cant find the problem. Then came in for over responsive abs, to find bad wheel sensor, they replace w/o any problems. Then came in with a grinding noise in reverse, they had the truck for about two weeks and in that time the claimed it was a transfer case and replaced it. In the process they bent my step bars and when i had them order new ones, they spent about an hour trying to install them when they called me over and I had to tell them they got the wrong ones for my truck, and thats why they wouldnt bolt up. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE CHEVY DEALERSHIP!!! After i finally get my truck out of the shop, i found it still making the same grinding noise. I brought it back and they tried to claim it on a bad transfer case. When i dropped of the truck again for the same problem it sat there for over a week and they kept calling me, at least 3 times, to come drive the truck for them so they could hear the sound again. But they never did anything with the truck, even though i gave them authorization to tear down the tranny to find the problem. Finally after it sat there for another 2 weeks, i picked up the truck and took it to the Winchester Chevy Dealer. I dropped it off late monday morning with out an appointment, and when the mechanic got in the truck with me, for me to show him the issues, i told him what to listen to, and before we drove he already told me what it would be due to his knowledge of the products he works with. I gave them authorization to tear the tranny down, and by Wednesday they called me and told me they confirmed the issue and now we have a new tranny on the way! And they found the cause of the premature wearing belts! If you need your Chevy serviced, AVOID STAN MCNABB CHEVY!!! GO TO RUSSELL BARNETT and get the service you deserve by a staff that knows their stuff!

I have a 2013 Acadia Denali, which I love but I have been dealing with an "oil leak" for over a year. I have been so frustrated I was ready to get the problem fixed and get rid of it. When I first discovered I had a problem, I took it to a local repair shop I have used for years and they told me the rear main seal was leaking and suggested I take to the dealership because the problem should be under warranty. I live in Murfreesboro so I took it the GMC store here. I was told it was not the main seal but a couple of gaskets; replaced, problem fixed, good to go. I shortly there after took a trip out of state and discovered I still had a leak so I took it to a repair shop out of town and they diagnosed the problem, the same as the first repair facility, rear main seal. They patched me up so I could get home. Trip #2 to the GMC store, diagnosed as a transmission hose leak, $500 later I was supposedly fixed again and ready to go. Within a couple of days, still leaking. I have been a vendor for Stan McNabb for years. Even though the drive to Tullahoma is not as convenient, I decided to bring it to you guys. First let me say that Rodney and the whole process was wonderful. They spent the first day cleaning off all the mess from a years worth of leaks and put a die in my oil so they could determine exactly where the problem was coming from. Told me to drive it a few days and they would check it again. And surprise - it was the rear main seal! Not only was the seal repaired, but an additional problem was discovered that was causing the problem all together. Instead of just patching it up and sending me on my way, Rodney kept my car for a few extra days and fixed it right. He kept me in a car, longer then Im sure he planned, but it was so appreciated. From the followup up on the appts, to the staff, the repairs itself and now even your post followup, it has been a great experience. Im now going to keep my car and plan for all of my service to be with Stan McNabb from now on. I so appreciate the service and the quality of the repairs.

We got an email from the dealership and decided to check out the web site. Seeing what was available and the potential deals, we decided to travel from Meridianville AL to Tullahoma TN and make a deal. When we arrived at the dealership, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Our appointment was with T. Northcutt who was with a customer. T took a minute to greet us and asked if we minded that Chad helped take care of us. Chad was a very courteous and knowledgeable salesman. They were both extremely helpful and ready and willing to help us get the car that we liked the best. When we arrived at the showroom, T and Chad took us out the car that we had discussed and when my wife was happy with the car, we went in to start the task of paperwork. Turned out wasnt a task at all. Everything was progressing smoothly. Before we knew it, the car was ours. The salesmen were busy as they sold a good number of cars that day. With that being said, the business manager Joyce was producing paperwork by the ream. when it was our turn we were in and out of her office in short order. Our trip lasted about an hour from the house and within an hour or so after selecting the car, we were done. This is the first time I have gone to a dealer in the afternoon and left the same day with daylight shining bright. We would like to thank all involved for making our purchase a smooth and efficient experience.

Only a one star because I had to pick one, but its really a zero star! James, Trey and the other owners are unethical and dishonest! Justin was a great sales guy and raw and honest and if his managers would have been as honest we would of been able to buy a car. Jayme was helpful as well. I went to tn after setting a price over the phone and also confirmed it day before I drove up that itd be out the door. My banks normal action of business is 2 day mail them a check but they didnt accept that and so I offered to pay a fee to get it overnighted. They wouldnt accept that either. Back and forth we went, until we finally agreed that a certified letter from the bank would attest that the banks check was on the way. James was back and forth saying we cant take a personal down payment because what if they right me a bad check- to be labeled that way when we have proof of approved funds is ridiculous then at the end after getting the buyers order with owners signature on it with one all inclusive price, James and Trey wanted to slap an additional GA taxes on it. We walked out of there and suggest if you want an honest deal go somewhere else. At the end of the day the sale wasnt meant to be so I guess Im thankful the sale didnt go thru.
