Bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra 25,000 miles: Upon going to look at vehicle I went and did a walk around on vehicle while on the phone with my husband..while inspecting the truck from the exterior it needed tires. So, I walked in dealership and spoke with Hans regarding the truck and my trade in which was a Mercedes. I made Hans aware of the issues on my car I was trading and let him know I had the parts to fix the valve cover gasket leak and would have it fixed. The tires on the car had just been replaced on back and fronts checked by Discount Tires not even two weeks previous to trade in and all were in great condition and back two tires were brand new. As we were discussing the deal between the trade and the purchase I told Hans the tires on the truck needed to be replaced. His response was, no just the two need to be replaced and the other two are in good condition. I was very concerned about tires as they are not cheap for the vehicle. Hans, once again insured me he would put the two on and the other two were good. So, fast forward I purchased vehicle from Hans and traded my Mercedes. I brought the parts I had purchased for the Mercedes for them, even though I didnt have to for free! Two days after my truck purchase Hans calls and says my two tires are in. I leave truck with them and they install the two tires. I received my truck back that afternoon and my TPM (tire pressure monitoring) light was on so I assumed it would reset after several miles as most do after tire work. Well one week later and TPM still lit. I proceed to Discount Tire to have them repair TPM and they proceed to tell me that the two new tires on the truck are fine. But the TPM light is being activated by the two bad tires, as there is a slow leak in one and they are worn completely down to wear bars and need to be replaced. They will not warranty the bad tires, but the two new tires they will for the tires lifetime and need me to buy two new tires for a cost of $700! When I purchased my $40,000 truck from Hans I was insured they were fine! I left Discount Tire and immediately went to speak with Hans to find out if we could work a reconciliation out since he basically lied to me and put me on the road with unsafe equipment. Hans just wanted to say, "We had to do work on your trade". Which by the way I disclosed everything on and gave them parts for free to fix! I stated to him I was completely up front about my trade and you lied about yours! So in my experience they will sell you a car like a silver tongued used car salesman and lie about its equipment then not back up their commitment to customer service when they are caught in their lies! So Im out $700 dollars on a $40,000 car that I shouldnt be having to drop a dime into! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to never send a friend your way. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!

I purchased a beautiful 2014 GMC Acadia from them this week. And I have to say after doing weeks of research ..looking at 6 other Acadias in other dealerships ( within 700 miles of my house), they were by far the best deal ..most professional..and friendliest dealership! From Shirley who originally took my call..to Pele..who took me for a test drive..to Heather in finance and Hahns the owner. This dealership was very low pressure and delivered exactly what they promised! I almost thought it was too good to be true. But they came through with the best vehicle.. a 2.34% finance rate on a used suv and the easiest..low stress transaction Ive ever had buying a car. I should add..I had narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles; one was at a mazda dealership in Antioch tn and this one. The one in Antioch had 31,000 miles and this one 21,000 mile. And this one was only $500 more and in better condition. The owner Hahns graciously matched their lower price to help me decide. Whereas the dealer in Antioch wouldnt budge a penny; due to their "value pricing." When I asked them how is it a value, when this dealership had the exact same suv with lower miles, they claimed their prices were the best around; which never answered my question lol. They also couldnt get as low of rate even though I have an excellent credit score. So I would 100 percent recommend before you go anywhere; check out this dealership! You wont be Sorry! And ps..i didnt know anyone from the dealership prior to my purchase and Im writing this review as a sincerely happy buyer. Thank you everyone at Auto Collection! I love my Acadia!! My car had been totaled and i was in the market for a new one FAST and i came across Auto Collection and found a 2012 VW GTI Autobahn and was sold! Hans was more than happy to work with me on the price and placed me in the bracket I wanted to be in with no up selling, arguement or anything. I drive off very happy until there was an issue with my car. I was pretty upset but, without question, Hans replaced almost $1000 in parts to get the issue fixed and charged me absolutely nothing! He also had a 2nd key programed and cut for me at no charge. I was also recently the victim of a vicious ditch/pothole on a dirt road and when VW quoted me almost $2000 just in parts, Hans was able to get me all fixed up for $1200 out the door, labor included. He also has very good connections with many dealerships around Nashville and is incredibly helpful when it comes to getting OEM parts significantly cheaper. Auto Collection customer service is unbeatable and Hans is a great, honest guy with a great, honest business and I would absolutely feel confident buying from him again and will be recommending him to anyone in the market for new car. PS: there is only one bad review on here and if she had gone back and talked to Hans, Im as sure as I am breathing that he would have fixed the problem and she would have driven off with a smile. You wont find better customer service or a more honest dealer than Auto Collection. Trust me, Ive sold cars for many dealers haha! DONT BE SWAYED!!! GO AUTO COLLECTION!!!

very smooth transaction as far as the buy and interaction is concerned.. Hans and his partner were very nice and great to work with. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at a good price. However, the times I called, once before the buy and one time after, the lady on the phone seemed to have a little bit of an attitude problem . It wasnt too bad , not bad enough to stop me from going over there and taking the vehicle for a spin but in response to a few questions I had she just talked a million miles an hour in a monotone voice. I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times since she was talking so fast. After the sale I was a little miffed to find out some things for example the , air conditioner leaking heavily into passenger side floorboard. Passenger rear window not working. Air conditioning needed charging.. I Did not get a chance to test those out since it was raining hard during my test drive. Also the vehicle did not come with a spare set of keys which I realized when I got home. I called to inquire about it and was bluntly told thats what its like when you buy a used vehicle. The key has a chip in it so it was over $ 100.00 to have a duplicate made. So, while the overall experience was good, some of the other things could have been handled a little bit more professionally. I still recommend them , just make sure you check EVERYTHING, otherwise you are on the short end of the stick.
