My wife and I live in upstate NY we found the camper we had been looking for on the internet and these guys had the best price on the unit so we drove from upstate NY to there dealer ship to pick a unit and look it over I was told that the unit in question had things that i wanted but in all reality it didnt so we settled for a unit anyways and drove home we put together the financing and drove back a few weeks later to pick it up when i got there my camper wasnt ready for me to pick up there was damage on the inside that needed to be fixed and the service manager who i was asking how to use the control system said that he wasnt sure how to use it him self that i should google it so all ready frustrated by the multiple hour wait and the lack of knowledge i finally hooked up and made my way home when i got home i had realized that the outer fender had ripped off the outside of the camper and that the screen door couldnt be opened so of course i called them and Steve the owner told me that i would have to take it to a local dealer to get this stuff warranted by the manufacture well that wasnt the case my local dealer wouldnt touch it because they didnt sell it to me by this time the camper still needed to be registered in NY so i went to my local DMV were i found out that Steve the owner had never sold to anyone in NY and he only charged me half of the tax upfront because thats all hes required to do by law (his words) so i paid my additional taxes here in NY 3000.00 + dollars later i could have just had the unit I wanted ordered here in NY and not had to deal with Tri-County at all because it actually cost me more money in the long run and now here it is 2 years later and i find out that he filled out the paper work wrong for my title and I had to send it to my lender to get it all fixed and i still dont have my replacement parts to fix my camper moral of my story do not buy a single thing from these people

My sister found her dream trailer on RV Trader at Tri County . . . so we thought. We sent them a message linking the dream trailer, a deal was made. Two trucks and three families drove over 90 miles to Tri County where we thought the deal was done. The owner could NOT wait to get everyones driver license to complete the deal even before they showed us the trailer, we now know why. The trailer they wanted to sell my sister was NOTHING like the one that they had made the deal on . . much cheaper with less extras!! Seems a bit like "bait and switch". When we discovered the trailer was NOT the one we had made the deal on, the owners WALKED AWAY!!! My sister had a cashiers check for a new trailer . . .wouldnt you think they would have said. wait, wait well order you the right trailer and get it here!! Or we have several trailers on our lot, lets see what we can do. NOPE, NOTHING!!! We drove away completely DISGUSTED!! If you wanted the customer YOU WOULD HAVE TRIED HARDER!!

I had a great experience with Tri County trailers. The trailer purchase was quick and hassle-free. I appreciate the straight-forward no-BS approach. There are no extra doc and prep fees - price + sales tax is what youll pay. The advice and help Andrew, Tom, Steve, and Kristy gave was invaluable. To the person that complained about trailers being all over the place and being inconvenienced in town - Id be glad to have this business in my town. Businesses like this help other local businesses, increasing tax revenue, and improving town, county, and state services. Growing pains happen, and I for one am proud to see them being successful!

Bought our dream camper here! What a great group of people to work with, never once pushed us into a camper, and gave us the best deal out of many places we compared them to. We saved thousands compared to other dealers and got a more family like feel from Tri-County then any where else. We will recommend this place to any and all friends and family looking to find a great camper!

ALWAYS pulling out their campers in the middle of the road. Overabundance of campers. Gets annoying after awhile. Its just a prank, saying it is permanently closed. XD
