My mom took my grandmother to the doctors and then went to this Walgreens to get her prescriptions. The tech informed them that one prescription would not be ready until two days later and walked away. My mom and grandmother waited for about 10 minutes, and she finally came back to the window and rudely asked, "Why are you waiting?" My mom explained to her that they didnt get one of the prescriptions and the tech told her that there werent any more. So my mom had to explain that they had just left the doctors office and it was ordered. The tech then looked at the computer screen and saw her error. Instead of apologizing, she just gave excuses and told them that it would be about 20 minutes before it could be filled. My mother is 70 and grandmother is 90. Im sure they were exhausted from waiting all day at the doctors office and then having to wait so long at this pharmacy, as well as being treated so poorly. This pharmacy is horrible!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about 95% of all the employees at this location! I am always treated kindly, compassionately and with respect! I am always approached by an eager smile and listening ear! Thanks to Sheila in the general merchandise area! Then there are two pharmacists, whom I know by name, Man and Becky, who always use compassion and an earnest desire to help and please; not only me, but to many others that I have been witnessed. They realize the importance of their personal demeanor while answering a customer/patients questions or concerns. Knowing that their responses could potentially cause misunderstandings that could result in extreme concern, panic and in some cases... death. I hope that this review reaches the management and that they will be rewarded for not only doing their job but for always going the extra mile!

Yet again another bad experience with the Walgreens Pharmacy on Main St. Any other Walgreens I go to I get exceptional treatment, prescriptions filled on time, and top of the line customer service. The only reason I continue with Walgreens is there convinent hours. I wish managers would hire a better time management staff. I get tired of showing up when they tell me my prescriptions will be ready by that time, for them just to look at me and say "we are busy, it will be another 10 minutes, and please pull out of our window." The sad thing is I have already given them an extra 10 minutes.

The pharmacist told me my script would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 40+ minutes later, and still not ready. To top off my experience the lady pharmacy tech was very rude. Acted like I was an inconvenience.

When you shop a store regularly and go in to ask for change for a bill when a cashier has a drawer open and they ask you to make a purchase first. What is this greedy world coming to? Will never return again!

Ive been using the Spring Hill Walgreens location for about a year. The pharmacy staff has been wonderful. They are always very nice and go out of their way to be helpful. Great customer service. Thanks.

When a doctor electronically sends a prescription over to be filled, it should NOT take over 3 hours to be filled. I will not be back.
