I usually go to Walmart for my prescription, but they were out, so I tried this Walgreens. As soon as I turn in my prescription, I get "We count pills, if youre trying to get pills before youre due , We count and well turn you in!" I was taken by surprise with this response for the first attempt to get my prescription. This insulting pharmacy will never again get any of my business. I waited a week to get my much needed prescription at Walmart instead. Im 47 years old and have never been that insulted at a reputable business. Bye forever.

I love this Walgreens and find everyone kind, helpful and courteous. It weird that you find the pharmacist hard to deal with as he has helped me with many OTC meds when I thought they may clash with my husbands (who is on chemotherapy) prescriptions. I find him very knowledgeable and caring. Maybe you two were both having a bad day. As far as the other staff. . . . They dont tell you its on aisle 2. . . . .the take you to the product. They even looked for a "off coupon" for some makeup I wanted.

There is a pharmacist at this location that makes it very difficult to deal with. He doesnt care about doctor notes and uses his "discretion" to feel "uncomfortable" about filling my doctors requests. Clearly someone jealous of not being a doctor and flexing his authority. Use any other Walgreens, and the same problem doesnt happen. I dont want to be shamed about the medicine I need. In short, the worst Walgreens in TN and should be avoided.

My experience is always a pleasant one when dealing with the front of the store, but now that they have this new pharmacist in the back the WHOLE experience when dealing with the pharmacy is HORRIBLE, she is VERY RUDE, unprofessional, and doesnt have any idea as to how to deal with customers, she rolls her eyes at customers, she even was whispering to one of the pharmacy techs about a customer. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED LIKE YESTERDAY!!!

The pharmacist is rude, irrational and all around an @$$! He would not fill my husbands pain meds and when speaking to the young girl at the cash register said something about how many white people are using narcotics irresponsibly. He refused to fill our prescription and made both my husband and I feel inferior in a "non-discriminatory" world! We now use wal-mart MUCH MUCH better!

The pharmacy manager "Brent" is the worst pharmacist I have ever been associated with. He is cocky, condescending and overall not good with the public. He should seek a pharmacology position that does not involve direct contact with the public.

If there are any problems (at all) with filling your prescriptions. They will put you off until the end of the day. leaving you with no other option but to delay your prescription. Then they had the audacity to be rude about it.
