Stopped in today to pick up a few things. No one was up front but somebody in the back yelled a greeting when I came in the door. I looked around and found a couple of items I wanted but needed to ask a question. After a few minutes, it became clear that I would not be getting any assistance so I placed the items back on the shelf and walked out. They lost a sale today as well as any future business I might have given them. Sadly, I dont think they care.

Most of the time the employees are talking about one another and I have tried going to the store first thing when they open and for 15 min no one ever showed up!! Thats not very professional at all!
