I dont dislike this store entirely. I dislike the customer service. I have shopped this location for 3 years now mostly because it is closest to me. The customer service has steadily declined. What irritates me the most is that if there is a coupon they dont tell you. Or if you dont have it on you they dont honor it. I like the return policy but it takes a week to get your money back. If you lose your receipt you are just out if luck. This location is better than most of the other ones around me but its kinda like having the flu and being greatful its the flu and not ebola , the flu sucks but you PROBABLY wont die .

The time is now 12:22. Store hours posted are 9am-8pm . Why are the doors locked with a be right back sign ? Such a disgrace . Now I have to drive to another beauty supply store with hopes that they have the correct hours posted. I wish I could post a picture of the sign here . Will post it to the companys Facebook page .
