I have been waiting 9 months to post this review. I wanted to ensure that what I thought was the BEST DEAL ever, was actually the BEST DEAL ever. I drove 9 hours round-trip to buy this car. This car was too good to be true and risked A LOT of time (having 4 kids) and a lot of money to rent a car to drive 1-way from KY to TN to potentially buy this car and drive it back home. Other dealers ‘claiming’ everything was what they seem by the pictures have burned me several times before. Let me tell you…. it was worth every penny and I’m IN LOVE with this car! Not only was David great to work with, they drove me to the rental car place, drove me back and completed the paperwork within the hour so I could take a business call from my new car. I would highly recommend Direct Auto Sales to anyone and would make the drive again in a heartbeat if I saw another car in the future that I liked. Totally trust this dealer and don’t give reviews unless I truly believe in the product.

I visited with David the owner about a vehicle on his lot. I drove the vehicle and had numerous talks with him on trying to work out a deal. I initiated financing with an outside lender and let him know I was accepting his offer to purchase the vehicle. He ignored my emails, calls, and messages all day before telling me that the vehicle was sold. I had spoken with him that morning and was not informed there was anyone else interested in the vehicle (Im not sure why a salesman wouldnt tell you that. It would have helped you sell the vehicle faster). The fact is he saw a better deal and decided to not respond to my acceptance of his offer to sell the vehicle until it was already gone. Its his right to sell the vehicle to whomever he wishes but the communication was terrible. He is clearly not interested in local customers or customer service.

I purchased a Nissan car from Direct Auto Sales in Spring Hill TN and the experience was a pleasant one. I found the car to be just as advertised and very clean. The price was more reasonable when compared to other car lots. It was very obvious that Direct Auto Sales is very particular about the vehicles it offers for sale as I noticed all the cars we looked at appeared to be in good condition and well maintained by their previous owners. I would not hesitate to do business with them again the next time Im in the market for a car or truck.
