Two reasons for a one-star rating from me. Number one: The switch on the dash that swaps between air intake and re-circulation for the air system was jammed and did not move. I was told it would be fixed before I got my loan and bought the car the next day. I got there the next day, and sure enough, the switch wasnt jammed anymore. It seemed fine at the time, so I thought that was great, and bought the car. Upon closer examination however, they didnt "fix" anything. They simply forced the switch so it would free-move; it doesnt actually control anything, its just a broken knob. Yeah, nice "fix" guys, thanks. So Ill be paying to get that properly fixed by someone else soon. Number two: Before buying my vehicle, I was told some maintenance was done on the rear right wheel on a sensor. No problem. Bought the car. Three days later, the entire braking caliper/unit on the rear right wheel simply broke loose and was making terrible noises and leaking fluid everywhere. Couldnt drive it like that. Had to have it towed to the best car mechanics I could find in town to get it fixed. The whole ordeal cost $400. Tennessee Autoplex is over 70 miles from my home, I couldnt have it towed to them to fix. It seems painfully obvious to me that this was a result of improper mechanic work done on that wheel before I bought it, so I asked for reimbursement from Tennessee Autoplex on my repair bill. They denied reimbursing me even HALF what I paid for repair. Not one dollar, because they say the brake unit isnt what they did work on before I bought it. SO WHAT? Its clear this was a result of that "work" done to it before I got the car. My advice is to do no business with Tennessee Autoplex.

I have bought two trucks from Tennessee Autoplex (Bob) The first experience with this company was very good they went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly.This is why I decided to go back to them and trade my truck in on another truck, they had on their lot. Bob, the owner, and I worked out a deal. Before I even signed any paperwork or anything my trade in truck was on its way to Alabama I had been driving this truck everyday and it was doing fine for me, however, on their way to Alabama the Turbo goes out and the radiator is damaged and has to be replaced before the truck came make it back to the lot in Tennessee. So now Bob reduces what he is willing to give me for my in trade so I take a flat bed Dodge home and before I can even get back to his lot the next morning the fuel pump goes bad and I limp the truck back to his lot. So we work out a deal on a 07 Dodge 3500 he fixes what we think is wrong with it about two days later the check engine light comes back on. I take it back to his machanic they say the Turbo is bad and the AC compressor is out so I go and talk to Bob he tells me that theres nothing he can do about it now that Ive had the truck 3 weeks and the transmission is acting up and again nothing he can do. Just be warned its the roll of the dice with these guys you might walk away with a good deal or you might be like me and they screw you over.

Review from another website: If you are in the market for a used vehicle, Tennessee AutoPlex LLC is by far, a must on your hunt list. Trust me, buying a used vehicle on a budget can be very challenging and frustrating. After several dealers and lots-even drove all the way to Alabama to look at one-we ended up at TN AutoPlex buying my husband, a new to him, truck. Lucky for us, Bob (owner) was in the office all day and the whole deal was done through him. Not only did we get what we were in search of, but at a comfortable price and Bob even helped us find a company to finance us at a very reasonable interest rate. The rest of the staff was great as well, especially Patsy who helped entertain our 10 year old daughter while we took care of business. This is not a huge dealer, but the used vehicles on their lot are in top notch shape and Im certain if he dont have what youre looking for, hell help you find it. Very personable and awesome customer service...they go above and beyond expectations. We will return if ever in the market for a used car again-hopefully not until our daughters drive =)

I cannot provide a good rating. I admit to having some credit challenges, but was in need of a truck for the purpose of pulling a camper trailer that my family owns. My credit was good enough for an approval, but our Salesman never followed through to locate the vehicle he promised. After authorizing only 1 credit pull, my credit was continually pulled and caused a 100 point decline in my credit score. The business admitted to and promised to fix my credit report by contacting the lenders to remove their inquiries, but also have not followed through. Not only do I not have a truck - I can now no longer buy one anywhere due to my credit score. Horrible service in my opinion and now I am stuck struggling to regain control of my credit once again.

Will never buy a vehicle from these crooks again. I have bought 2 trucks from them. First one was crap & second i have had nothing but problems from it! My transmission just went out & im barely over 100 thousand miles. They also didnt pay off my trade in til 2 months later & it made a bad mark on my credit cause the banks records said i have 2 missed payments ! The credit situation got fixed because i had to do some serious calling & ive never made a late payment in my life!! They are ridiculous & will never get my bussiness again! I could still sue them if i wanted too but i would rather spend my money where its needed like for a new transmission!!! 0 stars from me!!

My wife and I just purchased a truck from Mr Riddle, and we couldnt be happier. He was straight forward about everything, and even took it upon himself to draw up and additional agreement to have a concern looked at by the dealership. We didnt even have to haggle with him, which is one of the biggest dreads of any car shopper. He weighed what he has against some of our other options and just threw out an offer to get our business. He and his staff are polite and honest people in my book, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very satisfied with my purchase and experience st TN autoplex. The customer service was unrateable. Ive always bought new diesel trucks but when I walked on the lot to look closer at a used one that caught my eye, I was treated good from start to finish. Bob the owner worked with me and sold me a great truck at the most competitive rate for market value. I just cant say enough good. I dont advertise much but I would for this little man. This place needs recognized.

I was really hoping to have a great experience based on all of the wonderful reviews BUT that was NOT the case at all, my husband and myself stopped by today after work we were walking around for at least 20 mins maybe longer and NEVER once did anyone approach us asking if we needed any help there was a guy (whom worked there) outside also another employee standing in the door. I just find it very rude and unprofessional, We will take our business elsewhere.
