These people are liars and crooks. I bought a 2011 ford fiesta from them in January and i have already had it in the shop twice and on 2 separate occasions the car would not start. It has had transmission problems and had to be taken to Sloan ford twice already. I had to miss work and Tyrone in Nashville was very rude when I called him to make him aware of this problem. I bought it in Columbia and they have had 3 managers in 7 months. My car payment is 121.00 a week for all these problems. Dont waste your time and money with these losers.

This place is a joke. Been waiting a year for my mirrors to be fixed, an oil leak to be fixed and a switch which we pointed out the day we got the car and warranty. Been paying $400 a month for a year and hav paid $230 on the principal of the vehicle. Thats over $4000 a year in interest alone. We are paying over $15,000 for a Kia that I back tracked they paid $4000 for. They rip you off and the warranty is a joke. They dont have a mechanic there, its some young kid my husband had to point out where the fuse box and oil leak were.

Would NOT even give these people 1 star. "We say yes" thats a JOKE. They say yes to everyone because they report to 2 credit companies and screw people out of money! "Extended warranty" my butt! They do not honor it. A car thats worth 2k at most, we were charged 12k. With interest, and all of their nonsense charges (including the warranty) I would have paid a total of 22,000.... over a span of 5 years. These people are snakes and should be avoided at all costs.

I discovered a payment had been made from my bank account to this business- I called to inquire and it was someone who had worked for me that copied my bank card somehow When I asked them to give my money back and sue their customer The lady said she couldnt give me my money back because I knew the person How about that? They accepted a bank card payment of a different name yet I am the bank card owner and cant get my money back

This is the most disrespectful customer service I have ever had to deal with! The account managers are always rude. The vehicles are not worth the amount they ask and you are getting a very low quality vehicle for the amount of money you pay. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!

Bad customer service, faulty repairs with warranty. Change service managers too frequently and dont follow through with what they tell you in regards to repairs that are supposed to be covered in the warranty that you pay for.

Best Buy Here Pay Here around! Everyone was very helpful and nice! They understand not everyone has good credit. They give you a 6 month warranty. They also help your credit by reporting. Most others dont! Cant go wrong here!
