Extremely long and detailed post about how they drink 12 beers while driving cars that YOU buy and bring in to have service done on. Takes advantage of young kids and also screams and tries to fight customers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE WANNA BE THUGS AND CROOKS. My little brother bought a car from this place. Within 2 months of having the car the engine needed replaced. They agreed to replace the engine with an engine from a junk yard and asked to raise the payments 50 dollars a month. He agreed. While watching the mechanics pull the engine, my little brother witnessed them drink no less than 12 beers a piece. What kind of organization allows employees to drink beer during a week day while handling other peoples vehicles and DRIVING THEM? Oh and by the way, it took them a month and a half to replace the engine. With picking up the new engine and labor on the car, this should have taken 2 weeks max if they were extremely busy already. Already seeing what kind of "organization" this is, I agreed to go with my brother to pick it up so I could ask them a few questions about the work they did on the car and make sure they werent taking advantage of the fact my brother just turned 18 and this was only his second car. Upon going to pick up the car I had told my little brother to get some sort of documentation stating the mileage on the replacement engine for when and if he decides to ever sell the car. Were in the waiting area waiting to pay and get the keys to the car and my brother goes up to the counter so I follow with him. My brother asks about documentation for the engine and the two employees sitting behind the counter laugh at him stating "they dont give FING documentation for S*** like that"... Knowing that this is just a crap response, I begin to try and talk to the guy and they both begin to yell at me saying that "we deal with FING pieces of s*** like you all the Fing time coming in here trying to tell us what the F to do". I respond and tell them that I dont like the way they are talking to my little brother and I and that they need to chill out and act more professional. Upon saying this one of the employees jumps up and starts walking towards me like he wants to fight... Knowing that this is a bad situation to put my little brother in I walk out. Clearly this situation should have went way different but the escalation on their end was absolutely ridiculous and in no way professional and borders on the line of criminal. After walking outside to keep the high school drop out from going to the hospital, I could hear them in there shouting at my 18 year old little brother calling him names and treating him like absolute crap. Im an Army Veteran And Ive been here at Fort Campbell for 9 years now... I have NEVER seen a business treat anyone like this. Ever. EVER. Especially taking advantage of a young kid with no credit like this. Then going as far as trying to fight me because Im asking for documentation for an engine that they claim had 70,000 miles on it and had a cracked oil pan. Please save yourself and everyone the trouble of buying so much as a gum ball from this place. Im going to report this to every organization I can including the BBB and get these guys on the black list at Fort Campbell for buying vehicles here. After that, it will be a punishable offense for any soldier to purchase anything here. They are wanna be thugs and crooks that like to be alcoholics on the clock.

Never, never, never take your car here! This place will not honor the warranty on parts or labor! They will not fix the car properly! I brought my car back 4 times for the same repair! I was told each time that their was something else wrong with it. Come to find out the mechanic broke things on my car and they charged me for it! I also found out that my car did not actually get the parts I paid for installed. I was without a vehicle for two months while they hemmed and hawed about how this is wrong and that is wrong and one thing leads to another. After the excuses and waiting and my expenses going up and up and up I finally got my car back and it still doesnt run correctly. It broke down again and I had to have it towed for the same problem and when the car arrived back at this garage, the owner said I would have to pay to fix it after going round and round with him about the warranty and the oil changes performed, copies of receipts that he had to have, which I gave him, and this excuse for a human being still would not honor his warranty and now the coward will not return my phone calls and is always "unavailable" when I go to the garage. This is a dishonest establishment and they will take you for a ride! I wouldnt take anything here to have it fixed! Please do not use this garage!

These people have no f*in clue as to what the hell they are doing or talking about. I had them fix something on my car (which later on I found out wasnt even needed becuase it wasnt the problem). Then afterwards he was telling me there was other things wrong with it. Well I definatly wasnt having them fix it. Due to the fact that I should have had my car back within 3-4 hours and they come up with every excuse as to why its not ready yet and I had to wait. I know things come up and there might be a problem but every time I talked to them it was some other stupid bullshit excuse. So I took my car to another well known mechanic and he said he didnt understand why they were telling me all these things were wrong when it had nothing to do with the problem. Needless to say he fixed my car for a very reasonable price and its been doing great. If you value your money and time...do not waste it here.

I brought my vehicle here for service and they seemed to know exactly what was wrong with my car. I have a newer turbo diesel and it was not recognizing that it was turbocharged and Anthony the Service Manager was quick to say it was the crank position sensor. Got my car fixed in less than a day and the problem was solved!!! I am so excited to have my car back working the way it is suppose to!!! I was very pleased with the service and the hourly rate compared to the dealership is pretty much cut in half from the $110 they wanted. I WILL definitely be going back for all my service needs!! 5 stars

Definitely a great place to buy a car the down payment was not bad my car is amazing I had it inspected when I had service done at James Corlew and they stated the car was in perfect condition and well maintained they really helped me with getting a car when everyone else wanted like 2k plus down for junk cars or wouldnt finance me. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car
