Im not even really sure how to describe this place, Im not sure if they were just lazy or what? Walk in knowing I am looking at spending around $11,000 with my staples card and he calls with some song and dance of bologna. I guess the best way to describe this store is just, useless. The lazy fat kid in the computers told me it would take hours to find the part, I called the staples call center they found all 31 parts in about 20 min. This guy needs to get a job that involves less work than typing

Both copiers are dead and no instructions on how to work. 3 people lined up to make copies, girl behind counter slow and uninterested. Need to not advertise they have printing capabilities in this environment.

Dont let them sell you a Squaretrade warranty thinking you can just make a call and get a quick and easy resolution to a bad item. Or maybe it will actually work for you. It certainly didnt for me.
