The greatest customer service Ive ever experienced! If youre not tech savvy, and are worried that youre vulnerable to being taken advantage of, then I recommend Computer Works. They are knowledgeable, and helpful. They even told me about free anti-virus protection and other valuable free and safe down loadable resources on the internet, when they couldve easily sold me something instead. They have fixed my computers, when needed, and I will be upgrading to a new PC soon. When I do, I will only shop and buy at Computer Works in Avon.

Tried calling several times - someone picks up the phone then hangs up. I wouldnt trust them with anything. Awful
