Years ago, I took my computer in for repair and a software upgrade. The manager who was also the owners wife was so friendly and seemingly professional. I was told that the computer would be ready within three days and that she would personally give me a call to confirm when it was ready. Needless to say, three days turned into almost two weeks. I never received any call as expected, and was unable to reach the manager by telephone even though I did leave messages. I finally went to that business and picked up my computer and took it elsewhere. That manager did not present herself with the same nice attitude; she knew it was her mistake to begin with, but did not want to accept responsibility. Thank goodness because I later heard from someone else that they add unexpected charges for this and that. My advice is that you would be better off going through DELL for help if you get my drift. It is truly amazing that they are actually still in business. Maybe they cater to businesses instead of individuals.

The lady at the front desk lies through her face constantly. She is dishonest and charges the customers for the stuff they do not do. I took my desktop to them and it turns out that there was nothing wrong with it. I must have some loose connections or something. The man on the phone tells me they did nothing to it and I just need to come and pick it up. I went in and the lady was there instead of the guy I talked to. She straight out said I owe them $85 because they cleaned the computer and fixed it. I told her what I was told on the phone and she said ok then and charged me $45 for taking a look at it. When I came home I looked inside nothing was cleaned. She just tells you lies so that they can charge you. I would say stay away from these crooks.

Sadly this used to be a great place to go for parts. For the last few years customer service became nonexistent, so far as to charge me for a new hard drive, refuse to give me the box and cables, then charge me for it. $10 for a SATA cable that should have come with the drive I ordered (the woman who "helped" me even told her co-workershe had to open the box and left the cable behind) is just bad business. I have not returned since and warn everyone away. (Not that I need to, anyone I have talked to has had their own horror story.) STAY FAR AWAY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

Best service ever!!! My computer was running so slowly, and it was full of viruses. I took it upon myself to fix it thinking I could just delete the file it was attached to. And to do that i deleted the system32 file it was attached to. Then my computer was totally broken. So I took it to The Computer Clubhouse to see if they could fix it. 2 days later when they called me and I got it back, I was extremely PLEASED. . . It was fixed and it ran even faster than before it even got the Viruses. Thank you Computer Clubhouse for your fast and courteous service Rachel V.

The worst experience Ive had getting my computer fixed, BAR-NONE! Not only was my computer held hostage for well over a month, additional fees were tacked on AND they saved the wrong folder I personally directed them to save when they upgraded my windows from Vista to Windows 7. That folder ("my pictures") contained photos of my son for the first two years of his life, he is only three now so Ive lost EVERYTHING from the time he was born. What they said: Oh, you should have saved it all to an external hard drive" - thanks for being sympathetic to YOUR mistake.

I left a hard drive with them to see if they could recover any files from it. At first I called or stopped by every couple of days, then every couple of weeks, then months, and then I gave up. For all I know they still have it. Lost a lot of pictures of my kids when they were young (that was before I learned to back-up everything twice.)

I didnt have a repair need like the other reviewer here, but I did call the owner over the phone looking for a used 15" lcd monitor. He agreed to sell the unit for only $50, a pretty good deal.

They have helped me out more than once. Fixed a computer at a reasonable price. Given me advice on how to fix my own minor issue without charge. Love this place!

Refurbished products are sold here under the guise of brand new. Be discerning. There are many places to get quality goods, this is not one of them.
