Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that my partners first experience purchasing a vehicle through this company would be so poor. First off they financed a vehicle to my partner with 150,000 miles on it for well over $10,000 dollars. The Kelly blue book price for this vehicle in excellent condition is no more than $3,000, you do the math! Now my partner is stuck with an extensive amount of debt for a terribly functioning vehicle. To top that off, the vehicle began to not shut on involuntarily three months into purchasing the vehicle. We had to pay a $100 deductible to have the vehicle repaired at their local repair facility Jims Auto. After three times driving all the way out to Murfreesboro, TN the vehicle still is not fixed! After contacting the owner Mike he was extremely degrading and did not take accountability for his part in this poor experience. He specifically stated that "His vehicle was in the lot and our vehicle was not his responsibility." I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealership! They are frauds!!!! Do not even step on the lot to inquire. I am currently in the process of notifying the BBB and seeking legal representation. I dont want another person to experience this madness. They need to be shut down! I will see to it that they never sell another vehicle.

Probably one of the worse car places I have EVER been too. Rude. They like to hang up on you. Lets start from the beginning we bought a car from them putting 1,250 down. Not even a week later our BREAKS WENT OUT GOIND DOWN THE INTERSTATE! they had me bring it to ford. Ford kept it for a week. Guess who had to pay for a rental car....ME!! after just putting the money down on the car. Get the car back after a week our key breaks (the key they broke and super glued back together the night we got the car) they wanna tell me they will charge me $200 for a new one!! AFTER THEY BROKE IT!!! I will never go here. We are actually sending out car back everytime we turn around we are putting more money into it!!! And now trying to send it back we cant get anyone to let us know how we do so. We just keep getting hung up on! Worse place ever!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Warning to the vulnerable. Fake reviews. This is NOT a normal, tote the note car lot. It is impossible to pay the vehicle off. They decieve you into thinking you will. Im a consumer advocate and this is WORSE than title loans. This particular group doesnt even refinance customers like they tell them they will. They DO NOT work with you, because they dont have to. Theyre too busy in this line of business, calling and harrasing customers for payments that dont even change the balance. With all of your payments made on time, you could owe as much as $20,000 for a blue book value of $6,000, after 2 YEARS of payments made on time. Please spread the message to everyone on facebook. Its time to stop these scoundrels from taking advantage of innocent families effected by this scam.

I bought several cars from here while they were BBC now that they are drive now its been a nightmare. 1st my car stopped starting. I had a mechanic look at it and he said "its your kill switch are you behind?" I said no and emailed drive now knowing it was a simple mistake (inconvenient as all but a mistake) I get an email back "you dont have a start interrupter thats not it. Take your car her on Saturday well get it fixed". I live 45 miles away but, whatever. I go the shop is closed. The guys at Drive Now (who are nice btw) finally find me somewhere to take the car just to have their mechanic confirm itbwas indeed a malfunctioning start interrupter

When I purchased my car the guys kept saying "its a great car and only has 82k miles on it!" we had to keep correcting him and telling him no its 85k. Well we go to get work done and its covered under 6k mile warranty the lady says well you arent completely covered because the car was at 82k when you purchased it! We baught the car in February with 85k. Anyways this place has committed odometer fraud and we have proof! We will be reporting them Im just mad we just now caught this. My bad for trusting them and not reading all of what I signed!!!

Ive been looking for this car for years and I found 1 in Nashville for the same price but I heard about Drive Now of Murfreesboro and I spoke to Chris who has OUTSTANDING Customer service he even came in on his day off because I told him I only wanted to deal with him but come to find out these people are awesome and its the first time I bought a car and felt like I belong here!!!!!!! All my future cars will be purchased from Drive Now Murfreesboro AND BEST OF ALL THEY WORK WITH YOU HONESTLY!!!!!

Let me tell you...Ive Been everywhere and in between from Murfreesboro to Nashville, with my recently discharged bankruptcy and low credit score nobody and I mean nobody would finance me. They gave me a chance when nobody else would and with only 500 down. Got a great SUV. My interest rate is a tad bit high but with my credit situation it is definelty worth it. Great customer service, no bullshit involved, no pressure, quickest I ever been in and out of a dealer Thanx again

Absolutely the best place to purchase a car. The staff here go above and beyond. I did not have a way there to get a car and they sent someone to get me. Chris was very helpful in getting me a car that day. I changed jobs before my financing went through and Zach was able to fix everything for me. Both are amazing people! If your looking for a car definitely go here

I bought a car from here when it was BBC an had no problems when I needed another vehicle I went back. 1st they charged me $10,000 for a 02 Chevy S10 and when they repoed it someone stole my Gps and lost or threw away all my other personal belongings and treated me horrible and wouldnt offer to pay for my stuff or even apologize. I give them a negative 5 stars.
