While traveling through Panama city on a recent trip, experienced issues with our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It stalled earlier in the day and was able to get it restarted, drove it to a Panama City dealership and had it stall again as I pulled into the lot. I will not go into all the details, already did that in my negative review of that dealership, but in summary, I had such a bad impression of the Panama City Jeep dealership, we decided not to let them service our Jeep, even though we were stranded. Instead we searched for another Jeep dealership with a good Google Review rating and found Lee Jeep dealership in Ft. Walton, about 60+ miles from Panama City. We had the Jeep towed to Lee’s on a late Saturday evening and they called me first thing Monday morning. Explained the situation of the Jeep stalling and only restarting after waiting a very long period of time. Also explained that I had a recall related to TIPM/fuel pump relay completed prior to departing on this trip from my home Jeep dealership and while I never had any issues prior to the recall, the symptoms that I was having sounded like what the recall was intended to fix. Approximately two hours later, received a call from Mike in the Service department, explaining that they found the issue, that the recall was not done correctly. He provided great details on how it was done incorrectly, how they analyzed the situation and how they fixed it. Mike also stated that since this was part of the recall, there would be no charge to me to fix the mistake of my home dealership. I explained to Mike that it may take a few days for me to retrieve the Jeep, as would need to rent a car to get to Ft. Walton from Panama City. Mike stated that would not be a problem, they had locked up the car and will be ready whenever we can get there. Upon picking up the jeep, Mike was helpful in reviewing the paperwork and getting us on our way in a very timely manner. Again, Lee Jeep was very fast, honest, plus displayed great communication and customer relationship skills. It validated our decision to get a 60 mile tow from the Panama City jeep dealer to Lee Jeep. As we did not experience any more stalling issues on our trip back home, nice to have that comfort level that it was fixed properly. Thanks so much for your help.

I took my Jeep there Oct 9, 2015 for water leak/ sloshing in the top. Only to have to go back and have them completely empty the water and dry out the top (which I as told was done before I drove off). I should have never went back there. The problem worsen in a matter of a month from a top leak to water pouring inside my jeep and then to my drivers side floor rug being soaked. After the 4th service for the same problem their solution was to replace the top for over $800. Not once do they say, this is not covered under warranty until, the manufacture warranty runs out. Guess I still wanted to believe they are professional... So I get a all points check, oil change, tire rotation and balance (since I feel my jeep pulling right). Drive off and my jeep is still pulling right, cant take it right back since Lee Chrysler Service department isnt paying me to miss time from work. A week later go to clean my windshield, and there is zero...no windshield wiper fluid (had not been refilled). I take it back and sit for 2 hours as "they fix the problems." Drive off jeep still pulls right, turn around and go back to service department and was asked "which road did I drive on because it was test driven on the back road" DOES IT MATTER what Road if the service is done properly. There Corporate office wants me to take it back "so they can correct the problem" I didnt realize it takes 4 chances to figure out a jeep top leak not counting going back to say "make sure all the water is out and dry the top out or it will mildew" and now they want a 3rd chance to correct a wheel alignment! How about get it right the first time or at least the 2nd. The only service Ive ever done to a vehicle is changed a light bulb but when I checked the PSI on my Jeep, the tire pressure reads between 31-35 (right front tires) and 32-32 (back tires). Ridiculous!! I would say it takes a Rocket Scientist but Im not one. I will say having your vehicle serviced at this dealership is throwing your money and time in the garbage. From Oct 9, 2015 and today is July 7, 2016, Maybe I was supposed to take more time off from work or my day and give them more than 6 chances to "correct the problems"

Where do I start!! During the process of moving to Florida, I wanted to purchase a vehicle in Florida. My fiancé visited one weekend to look for jeeps. He found one at Lee and the manager told him he would have the maroon one and 2 others for me to look at when I visited a few days later. When I arrived the maroon one had been purchased and they had no other options for me to look at meeting the criteria I gave them. UNREAL!! As I was about to leave a white jeep rolled on to the lot. It looked pretty rough and the owners wife needed to sign the paperwork but she was in Destin and couldnt come. I had to go back to Al the next day. They called me and said the jeep is now officially theres and I can come see it. I made arrangements to come back after I was told it would be checked out,, top replaced and detailed. The top was not replaced, it still had sand in it and later I realized the right wiper didnt work. Figured that problem would be found in their point check!! NOT! I test drove it and ok,, Im interested. Again, I had to leave for Alabama in order for them to replace the top. I returned another day and ultimately bought the jeep. I only received 1 key. They would not reduce the price AT ALL for my travels and trouble. I brought the jeep back to have the wiper fixed,, was told would take 2 hrs but took 4. (I had an appt which Pat told me meant nothing, the appt is for the customer and the service dept, not for my jeep) I ordered 2 keys off of eBay, I asked Mark if they would program my key at no charge for my multiple troubles. He asked Tracey who told him to ask Steve in service,, he said he would charge me $80 for 2. Which is a discount but,,, seriously!!!! Very unhappy!!!! Would not recommend them!!!! My salesman Mark was very nice but he had ZERO Say so!!! Sad!! I understand the need profits but,,, this was ridiculous and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Im sure I am forgetting something

Took my jeep I for work was told I would be called when part was in , never cot a call we called and at the end of the day and was told it will be in tomorrow they would call when it was in.. Never got. Call we called 5 hours later and was told one part came other should be there in one hour and again was told we would get a call.. Never got one.... Then got a call hours later saying it was ready... We got a quote 2 weeks earlier and had a coupon and they quoted us a quote higher and said well we had to adjust it then didnt put the coupon I it til I requested it be added because I brought it in and was told I could use it..... Anyways took my jeep home we picked it up 15 min before it was to close. On the way home I almost had an accident because my brakes would go to the wall and In a slow decline called the dealership and of course no one was there and no one answered I was almost home so I decided to drive home and I called as soon as I got there my husband got on and said ya somethings not right he thought there was air in there he drove it to the dealership when they opened and upon inspection air was on my brakes.... I paid more then 1,100$ and was furious I almost wrecked with my kids in the car and all they could say was in sorry.... You would think it would be something they would check when they worked on the brake system...
