My wife and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Kaesy. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the BMW but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on Friday night as you were closing up for the night. Since it was after closing on Friday and finance had gone home for the day, he worked with our schedule to be there first thing in the morning so we could complete the sale. My wife and I will recommend Kasey to anyone we know wanting to buy a car and we will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase.

Purchased a Jeep here and it ran for about a week. Dealer wouldnt help fix, cost 13 weeks in the shop and Jeep dealership trying to fix. Star wouldnt trade for any other vehicle. This dealership sells C**P. Save yourself time and money. Went out of town and car wouldnt make it back. Thats where Star Auto Sales will get you. NOT BACK HOME.

I cant recommend this business any higher, out of all the dealerships in shelbyville I have been to.this is one is the best. They are honest and desire to help you find a vehicle to fit your needs and not thier pockets,like some dealers down the street from them no need to mention them they are known .

Purchased a 2008 Altima with a bad motor. I had to replace the engine immediatly which ended up costing $1,800, dealer said he would not refund money. Worst experience with a dealer by far!
