As a member of USAA, I turned to their Auto Circle program to look for a new car recently. They list cars only from dealers they certify, and those dealers must meet USAAs standards of quality or be dropped from the program. I found a number of cars to look at went to dealers to look after work every night for a week, with no luck at any Nashville dealer I tried. I had found 6 vehicles at International Cars in Murfreesboro that I wanted to see, so they were my first stop when I had a full day off on Saturday. Hala didnt flinch when I showed her a list of 6 cars I wanted to see, but simply got the keys for all of them for me and gave me a magnetic license plate so I could move it from car to car when I was ready to test drive. She gave me plenty of time to look each car over, make notes, and test drive them but was always available when I needed something. I am better able to look and make a decision without someone hovering or giving me a sales pitch, so I very much appreciated the space and patience. I was there for hours, and ended up test driving 8 cars - some of them twice after my boyfriend met me there to take a look at my favorites. Hala, her husband, and the rest of the team were helpful without hovering, and were able to answer any question we had about the cars. I finally settled on one I wanted to buy that day, but pointed out 3 things that needed to be fixed, which they took care of before Hala and I could even finish the paperwork on the loan and sale. I had already been pre-approved for a car loan with USAA, and Hala dialed their number from my office phone and waited while I finished the loan process, providing any information I needed for that loan. She also waited while I worked with USAA to transfer my insurance to the new vehicle, and made sure I had everything I needed to drive home in that new car the same day I bought it. The entire team at International Cars was helpful but not pushy and I felt very welcome. Their cars are nice and every one I tested drove well. I would definitely visit this dealer again the next time I need to buy a vehicle.

I am a SENIOR senior citizen and I have bought a lot of used cars over the years. I will not pay the price charged for a new car which depreciates 20% when you drive it off the lot. I bought a pickup truck from International Cars Co. of Murfreesboro, TN this week and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment of my first phone contact with the owner Jamir and his staff I was treated with courtesy and respect. I had to drive 125 miles to get to the dealership so I was pleased that the truck was exactly as advertised and the price was very fair. I took the truck for a lengthy test drive and pointed out a couple of very minor issues which were dealt with before I left with the truck a few hours later. Jamir even had the truck bed thoroughly cleaned while I waited for him to address the issues. It is less than 72 hours since I bought the truck and I have already been contacted both by e-mail and phone to make sure I am happy with my purchase. If I could give this dealership 6 stars instead of 5 I would! I would definitely buy here again.

Just bought a Mitsubishi Mirage from this location. I usually fear car lots and the sales people because they usually have the reputation of being sneaky. This group here took all those worries away. They are honest, hard working, and as friendly as can be. We were offered snacks, drinks, and most importantly, cookies! Who doesnt like cookies?! They worked hard to make sure I left the lot with the car I wanted and came for. They took the time to recommend me to a great bank to finance the car and did a great job by making the whole process as fluid as possible. I couldnt be more grateful to these folks. Got a car that makes me feel like Im in a dream and was able to do it without pulling my hair out. Thank you International Cars Co!

If I could rate this less than one star, I would. Worst salesman Ive ever dealt with. As soon as a small hiccup in the loan process came about, he accused me of lying to him and got very rude with me. I was then pressured into trying to immediately close a loan within an hour, and after I didnt want to buy the truck from him, was told I was a liar for taking my deposit back. I was only then notified that a $199 deposit fee isnt refundable, and was told the police would be involved if I asked for the total amount. Bad sales man, rude secretary, and just overall bad people. Do not buy a car from here.

I just recently bought a vehicle from international cars. Im in love with my 14 Sonata. The owners were amazing! They were very patient with me. I had to go to my bank a couple of times since I got it financed through my bank. They checked up on me frequently and made me feel like they really care. This was my first real car buying experience and they definitely made it worth while! I highly recommend anyone, family, friends, bring them all to this car lot, theyll put you in a fabulous car that doesnt have any issues and with low millage.

My Husband and I drove 2 hrs from Jackson Tn, and would do it again. From the first contact via email to the final handshake before driving off the lot the service and salesmanship was top notch. The car was exactly as pictured on the website and they didnt try and steer us away to another one like at some dealerships. They worked with us to get the best financing, down payment and monthly payment availible for us. I was in the market for a T4R and I happen to come across this dealership that actually had a few. From the very first time stepping on the lot I was treated as if I was family. They went above and beyond to make the whole buying process easy and stress free. They were very professional and provided great customer service. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle I would definitely see them. Great experience and love the 2008 Sport T4R. Excellent service!

They are amazing individuals and they understand that accidents do happen and they truly care about the people they have served in their community.
