Excellent store. Great selection of model car kits and aftermarket supplies, kind and helpful staff, and it seemed like it had a very well balanced inventory. I used to work at the HTUSA location in Murfreesboro before Mike closed shop (His personal decision,not financially) so I know how a hobby shop should be run. I decided to observe the employees and see how they treated customers/ worked in the store and I was impressed. Knick (I believe his name was) was very polite and happy the whole time I was there, I even had him open a case twice because I couldnt make up my mine. I really hope that this store stays around for a long time and maybe even expands closer to Murfreesboro. I would recommend any of my friends interested in hobbies to drop by and take a look at this store. I even created this profile solely for this review.

Never have anything in stock. Poor customer service. High prices, for example 10$ for a 5$ bottle of Gold label CA glue.If you overpaid for the CA glue, They dont even have the accelerator in stock!Wont be returning here again from Nashville. Go to Family Hobbies in Smyrna they always have what you need with great prices and customer service and save yourself the hassel.

I made an on-line purchase. This Hobby Town in Mt. Juliet was the only Hobby Town in the country that had Vaterra 68 F100 Ford truck that I wanted to purchase as a Christmas gift for my wife in 2015. My local Hobby Town didnt carry it in store, nor did they offer to order it for me! Thanks for saving Christmas! She loves the truck!

The staff is superb in being so helpful. They are very knowledgeable! So organized too from what Ive seen. Im in the BJD hobby and tagged along with my boyfriend who is a 40k hobbiest. I was surprised to find supplies even for my hobby. And come to find out, its the best supplies that are in my hobby. Im super thankful!

Im new to the RC world and building something for my video production company so called to see if they would be able to help me. Nick told me on the phone that he didnt want me coming in to look over schematics with me. I would have purchased everything I needed there. Glad I didnt make the drive out.

The one guy at the desk was nice when we came in but about 3 minutes later there he is asleep with his head down on the counter. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for him to wake up so that we could check out. The whole time he was the only one out with customers. Terrible set up.
