The employees here were incredibly unhelpful. I called to ask what zelda amiibos they had in stock. After being transferred three or four times, I was connected to a guy who just said they had "all sorts of zelda amiibos" and that Id have to visit the store to check. When I visited the store in person they only had two on display and neither were ones I needed. It was a complete waste of my time.

The manager here went out of her way to make sure I could take care of my kids Christmas (Coupons etc). It really touched me, it wasnt all about making it easy on herself but doing a great job, she treated her job like it mattered to the kids and parents-DURING CHRISTMAS! Its so busy in there and I know it was an inconvenience but it really made a huge difference in shopping there-thank you!

Terrible customer service. It doesnt seem as if the associates were properly trained because no one knew how to do their jobs. Everyone kept asking other associates what to do and no one knew answers. The gentleman that said he was a manager was rude and stated he was too busy to help. I would hope that Toys R Us would retrain their employees so it would run more efficiently.

Unprofessional people at customer service, the cashiers are nice. Sales people are not helpful or know much of the store. Did a layaway and felt more in the way than a satisfied customer. NEEDS A LEADER FOR A MANAGER!

Antonio helped me find a motorized riding vehicle for my grandson. He was friendly, cheerful, and professional! I dont know him but he was one of those associates that immediately make a good impression!
