Terrible I went to buy a home drug test and the sign reads must get Pharmacy to help behind counter . So I walk up to the help window stood there for a few minutes . Then a middle aged lady Pharmist I think ?? I told her I would like a in home drug test then with a bad attitude she tells me I need to get in line I told her forget it and left she had a horrible attitude for what ever reason . There was people sitting down waiting on meds she couldve handed me a test and it wouldve been done . I was very polite and had my 10 year old son that said daddy why was she so angry with you daddy and I told him I told him I dont know but were out of here . We live 5 min away have been going there my whole life . I promise I wont ever go back !!

I have been visiting the Kingston Pike Walgreens for a number of years, due to convenience and what was once, excellent, customer care. However, I feel as if I must report a glitch in their system. Upon speaking with a gentlemen working in the pharmacy department by the name of, Ronny, I must sadly report that I will no longer be venturing to Walgreens. Overly rude and extremely unpleasant! Unfortunately, Walgreens is no longer training their employees and/or hiring employees with the stature and mentality to deal with customers on a daily basis. I am very disappointed. My new move is very inconvenient, but overall necessary.

This pharmacy is the epitome of inefficiency. I went it to pick up a prescription for severe back muscle cramps I am having. I stood at the counter while the employees and the pharmacist discussed what they did last night for at least five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Moreover, I do not think it is very professional for a pharmacist to have multiple piercings that are visible.

Good clean store. I came in late-night rather than go to a less accessible gas station. They had what I was looking for at a discounted price. Granted I had to sign up for a rewards card and purchase three to get the good price. But hey, I wont hesitate to stop next time and save the extra mile or so off route to the gas station...

Went in to get emergen-c and water for my wife. Service was okay. Not fast or exceptional, just average and what Id expect from a 24 hour convenient store. Visited at 8 PM

It was Christmas Eve and quite busy but their Photo staff was incredibly helpful and got my prints done in just a few minutes!

When I say customer service. This Walgreens have it. No matter race age are color. Everyone have excellent customer service.
