When I went, I was quickly directed to where I needed to be (picking up an order from online). If you order online, it appears to me that they will even take the stock from the shelves and hold it aside for you when you come in. Once I went to where I needed to be, the line went through quickly, and I was handled with kindly and efficiently. Would recommend! Well, you dont really have much of a choice, do you. Sure, you can get your books from other places, but theres not much opportunity to get other things like the clickers or engineering paper from other places. Im sure you could, and maybe even cheaper. Depends on how hard youre willing to look. As you can see, I was not very willing at all. Great service, though!

While they have nice stuff, its all stuff you can find cheaper at other locations. The merchandise is gonna be just as good, but cheaper at Walmart. Theres literally a Walmart right off campus with just as good of stuff but cheaper. Textbooks can be found way cheaper online than at the Volshop. If you have money to burn, sure, go here, whatever. But if you dont want to waste your money, go elsewhere.

Today, I received the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I spend $30,000 at the University of Tennessee yearly and I expect better treatment. I walked in the bookstore and i was rudely scolded for bringing my bag into the store (there was no visible sign). For several minutes, I walked through the store searching for a book that each employee shrugged off as being "in the back"
