Whoever had the evening shift yesterday is racist towards black people. Yesterday evening, I went to this Goodwill to get a Blues shirt for the playoff games. I figured I would be in and out, but unfortunately not so. When I approached the register, a cashier was doing something, saw me, and flat out ignored me. There was no greeting nor a promise of someone will be right with me. Apparently she was ringing a lady (who was white) out who went to retrieve more items and had a full on conversation with her. During this, another cashier walked behind the counter, looked at me, and then left the area. When the cashier finished checking out the lady in front of me, the other cashier then walks behind the counter to say, "I can take whoever is next," to the white woman behind me. The cashier I was in line for just simply said hi. She did not even fold my tshirt for me. She handed it back to me balled up and I had to fold it myself. I had already had a rough day at work and was so saddened and disappointed to get such terrible customer service.

This is the best Goodwill to go to In Missouri!!! A lot of clothes are still with tags housegold items are new and not marked for Profit!!! Unlike other Goodwill who marks all their items whether used or not!!! Staff are nice and decent! They know how to help and they know that people keep on donating and buying there to help them. Very clean and organized!!! They should educate other goodwill branch on Missouri about their mission and that is to help other people! Please keep on donating here!

No 1 goodwill in Missouri. Clean, very organized, fast inventories, 90% of staff has very good customer service. Excellent pricing!!! I would say they depict what goodwill values are. To help Americans! Unlike other goodwill location with prices like a department store.

Clean store, you never know what you will find. Goodwill trains people to people of all backgrounds and abilities to join the workforce. You donations and shopping help support this training. Great place for gently used clothing, books, furniture and household items.
