If you arrive an hour to 45 minutes before close, they make it evident that they want you out. They start cleaning and glaring.Not willing to look up books etc. You have your typical lazy millenials working here. They want to walk right out the door right at closing time. They also will lock you in if it hits closing time. Big no no when I was a bookseller at least. We would politely let people know we were closed. If I were a District Manager, there would be a few firings. Granted it is Fenton and not the most sophisticated area. But still. BN used to have high standards. Apparently not anymore. Also, the coffee is bad. Mochas have a funky taste. I will avoid this location.

Typical Barnes and Noble; coffee, tons of books and a nice quiet environment. Finding a brick & mortar book seller in this country is becoming quite difficult; its almost a sign of the collapse of our civilization in my opinion. Somehow, I seem to buy lots of gifts here; its a surprisingly good spot to buy a puzzle, some clever home artifact, a pop-culture do-dad, or a themed activity kit (ex. sushi making, tying knots, or folding origami butterflies). Defiantly a place to visit right before Christmas ... books and trinkets; it feels like I can find something for almost everyone in the family from kids to seniors.

Outstanding establishment. Ultra nice. Well stocked. Professional service by kind and respectful employees. Great Cafe with young adults finding their first real jobs. Hours are unbeatable, ecspecially if you work the 8-6 job and want to go out and about after work. Nice route is to shop the nearby Value Village and after they close head over to the bookstore and enjoy a warm beverage whilst unwinding with a new book or magazine. Ultra Relaxing and comfortable.

Good selection and helpful staff. There is something about browsing the books and paging through a few that I just cant get on Amazon. They also have magazines. It has been years since I have actually seen this many in one place. I dont remember mags being this expensive. Some are nearing $20.

Great location and large floor space. Plenty of selection, great service and ample parking. As always, its lits if fun to grab a Starbucks and browse the Bargain Books. And the grandkids love visiting the childrens section.

Easy to get to, attentive staff, quiet place. I love the smell of every B&N I enter and this one is no different. Its located near clothing stores I shop at which makes it convenient for me and the parking lot is roomy.

Generally customer service is great, although they rarely have specific books Im looking for. They do offer free shipping of the book to the store to come pick it up if it is in fact at another location. Over all good.
