I went to Joe Muggs because I like to get coffee and skim through a book. I didnt know what to get, but I decided on a double shot espresso with a shot of vanilla, size medium/grande, after I received it... I look in and I see just the shots of espresso, the vanilla, and nothing else. I was gonna get the bigger size but thank god I didnt. What the worker had told us was, oh its just the shots of espresso with absolutely nothing and the vanilla shot and comes in any size but the cost is the same in all sizes. ? I call bull. Because it was only filled like a centimeter up into my cup. It wasnt hot, I drank it and it hurt my throat. I hope someone sees this review and fixes this.

Purchased several items from them a couple of days ago. Discovered that one of the items for my grandchild was a duplicate that she already had. I had not saved my receipt because I did not anticipate having to return the item...which was unopened and shrink-wrapped...and still had their sticker on it. The Store Manager (Peggy) said she could not allow me to exchange it for other merchandise without a receipt unless I had their preferred customer card. Needless to say, I was terribly disappointed and will never give them my patronage again. Very bad experience with this vendor.

LOVE the staff!! They are always so helpful & friendly. The store atmosphere is great. But today, I went in & the head guy (owner/manager/whoever) was in there & he was not a pleasant man to be around. He was speaking very loudly throughout the store which made me want to get out of there as soon as possible. I got to hear him fuss at the staff for silly things. It was just an unpleasant visit for me this time around. But the staff was still friendly even though they were being hounded the entire time I was there. (About 30 minute visit)

Books a million would not exchange DVDs that were bought from them. I did spend thousands of dollars there I read at least 1 book a day, a very avid reader. I was treated like I stole the DVDs. After all the money I spent there and I have the discount card. Ill go to boarders or barns and noble from here on out!!!

Its an overall great bookstore, but their prices usually send me straight to Amazon. I usually come here to look at a book that Im interested in and to also find new interesting books then scan them with the Amazon app, its almost always cheaper, order, and be on my way. All in all this is still a great store.

Theres a little bit of everything in here. From funko pop figures, to puzzles, to plushies and of course books galore. I wish they had one near me.
