Beware people ! I went to get my wedding ring serviced & dipped the ring looked shiny & nice but 1 week later when the shine kinda wore off I noticed that a diamond in my ring was switched. I didnt even have my glasses or contacts on & noticed a very low grade diamond in my ring which was black looking to the other diamonds in the ring. I was shocked that such a "Fine Gallery" would do a terrible thing like this. The customer service has gone down tremendously & the sad thing about it is the Gemologist didnt even tell me or apologize . It took me to notice this horrible switch. Ive heard about Jewelers switching diamonds but never would I think that Jareds would do this. Not to say they intentionally switched my diamond but to put such a poor looking diamond in my ring....I was pissed not mad pissed my husband worked hard for my beautiful wedding ring. The service has me scared to have my ring serviced there any more. This bs has ruined some of my holiday spirit running back & forth to Jareds to get my ring back the way it originally was. However I did get my ring back in good condition. But all in all not happy with the trickery that was pulled they also had my paperwork incorrectly on how much was paid for the ring. Jareds GET IT TOGETHER!

The staff is knowledgeable, the jewelery is beautiful, but at the same time, one is likely to feel looked down upon in this store. My fiance and I are a young couple who saved hard in order to buy the gorgeous engagement ring I now own, and whenever it is taken in for cleaning or inspection, I constantly get asked if it is my ring or my mothers, whether thats really my engagement ring, and often, talked to like a child. Im an adult who is fit to pay them thousands of dollars for jewelry, but when I come in to reap the benefits of my lifetime guarantee, I get looked at and spoken to like someone begging for money off the street. I have also been on the receiving end of comments regarding how my fiance must feel about me if he wont buy the new matching necklace or earrings that accompany my ring, and that someone as in love with me as he should be would get his girl the (insert product here). In the end, its simply cheaper than Kays, or anywhere else.

Definitely go somewhere else. This jewelry store has beautiful items and a very nice selection. But they are too busy nickle and diming you on repairs. My husband has bought several pieces of jewelry from Jareds. Over time things happen and stuff needs to be repaired. I had a ring, a necklace and a bracelet that needed repair. The ring had a chipped diamond and luckly we had a lifetime warranty on the stone, but little did we know that we would have to pay to have the stone set. I ended up with a $200 dollar repair bill once everything was fixed. I had another ring that was purchased at a local jeweler that needed repair and they didnt charge anything to fix it (no extended warranty or anything). When I contacted Jareds about this, they simply said we are sorry you wont be shopping with us anymore. FIND ANOTHER JEWELER THAT IS INTERESTED IN BUILDING A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I went to this Jared recently to get a gift for my wife. As I got ready to enter the store, I saw that they have posted a notice prohibiting lawfully licensed carry permit holders from bringing a weapon into their store, which they said is for "the safety of employees and customers." I found it interesting that honest law-abiding people who went to the trouble to get the training and the permit are seen as safety hazards; I am a former police officer and firearms instructor. In any case, I opted to go to the mall to buy my gift, and upon getting out of my vehicle, I saw an employee of the Jared store looking at me with a phone to their ear. I can only assume they called the police for some reason because they saw me read the notice and left. Surely that means I am a criminal...

Im only giving it one star because I had to, I wish I could give them zero. I was helping my friend propose to our other friend. They mailed the receipt for the ring to their home address even though we asked them not to, so my friend found out about it. We still did the "surprise" proposal so the family could be shocked and surprised. Then we went to go pick up the other ring AND IT WAS WRONG. They completely gave her the wrong ring. When we told them about everything and asked for a manager....all they said was "we are sorry and hopefully we can do better from here on out". They completely and totally ruined my friends special day and gave them a half assed apology, which was pathetic after spending thousands of dollars here. Go somewhere else if you want to be happy.

This store is deplorable. The absolute worst customer service of any Jarad I have ever been to in my entire life. Not once, not twice, but every single time I have ever entered this store I have never been greeted. I have always had to wait and unreasonable amount of time only to then be waited on by an employee with lack of knowledge who was rude. There is one positive at this store..The actual jeweler himself is very talented and has great customer service, otherwise I would avoid this store at all cost if I didnt have to get a ring inspection every 6 months and for my repairs. My purchases have all been made at other locations.

So upset that I am crying! My ring was broken during what should have been a simple inspection and polishing. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The bad reviews are REAL. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and now my wedding ring is cracked and my diamond has a huge cloudy area that appears to have been chipped. ETA: I was told I would have to come back to this same store to have my ring fixed. The sauter they did was not great, but at least the crack is gone. They didnt re-polish afterwards, so my metal looks gross already. I will be driving to the Chattanooga Jared for my next inspection, will never do business with this store again.

This store is terrible. I went in to get my engagement ring resized and they asked what the estimated value of the ring which is 2600 and then they had to inspect it and find it held several lose stones and they would need to repair it and add 40 dollars to the bill to do it. The ring was 3 days old! We ended up going over to the mall and to Kays who laughed and told us the stones were not lose. This store is a joke and the staff are anything but nice. Take your business else where!!

this place is terrible. They tried to tell my now husband that he must not love me enough to buy the overpriced Leo Diamond they were trying to push on him. That made he and I both furious.....the saleslady was totally serious, not kidding at all. To top it off they opened a Credit Account in my name. I did not give them permission to do that nor did I sign anything. I recommend using a local jeweler....we like Lamons.
