Horrible customer service! Recently I went here to purchase a bottle of wine and was refused service because my companion did not have identification. We were bluntly and rudely told we could not buy the wine and shown the door. Mind you we were not fraternity/sorority looking youngsters trying to score booze... we were two young adults dressed nicely and professionally attempting to purchase a bottle of wine on a tuesday night... I am certain this is not a Tennessee law (only the purchaser must provide identification) and even if this is a store policy it should be posted so potential customers do not waste their time searching the store only to be brashly turned away! This experience can arguably be considered a form of age discrimination and I found the encounter to be extremely unprofessional. If the clerk were to have shown some sympathy in his explanation perhaps I would be understanding; however, based on my experience I will never return to this establishment.

I was introduced to this store by my son-in-law about 10 years ago. The manager or owner was very knowledgeable about suggesting the best wines from the many countries represented. My favorite wine is Cabernet Sauvignon, and they have a wonderful assortment at very reasonable prices. I have never been disappointed in the bottles I brought back home with me. I go to the Smokey Mtns about once a year since 1998, and in the last 10 years, I have not failed to stop at Cedar Bluff Wines/Spirits on my way back home. I also stop by on my trips to Massachusettes and back.

Really like this store and dealing with them. I bought a few things a couple of days ago. I had a question about one item, so I called this morning and spoke with Tom. How great he was. He said they would exchange anything I didnt like. He sounded like all he wanted was for me to be a happy shopper. I dont frequent the wine and spirits store, so Im not very knowledgable, but I know they are always there to help.

Have been wanting to check it out for a long time, so I did on my way home from my fav bagel store, Einsteins. Was pleasantly surprised to see Jimmies Karry-Out products, southern homemade sandwiches and more, plus growler section and walk-in beer cooler, not to mention very good selection of wines and spirits. Staff was knowledgeable and unusually pleasant to deal with . . .

I drive out of my way to come here. In my opinion it is the best liquor store in Knoxville. Wide selection, priced right, and the sales and management staff are very courteous. Most stores treat you as a suspect, but here you are a valued customer. Very glad to give my all my business to CBWS.

i go there all the time, for personal and for my business, they have a wide selections of wines and liquors. there tons of place i couldve went, but i choose this place cause of friendly staffs, whom extremely helpful, i never once had bad experiences here, i love this place!! five star!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very cheerful people ,has wines of many brands and prices very. Can serve large volumes of people very knowledgeable in wines. Comfortable surroundings, clean, located and great parking. Beverages are kept cold. They card and follow the law.
