Normally I love this location for all my fast cosmetic/bathroom needs. The pharmacy is terrible- have tried for over 2 hours to get a prescription filled. Called my clinic to get it re-called in. They STILL cannot find my prescription. What a mess! Then they say they cant find my insurance provider (which I know is accepted here). The guy trying to help is a jackass. Awful, awful. For everyday needs, a fantastic place with top notch people. Pharmacy needs- go somewhere else.

So droped off 2 presriptions in morning. went to pick up at 6. was told "do not have the medicine ready , come back in about an hour" I said no "I have to babysit my neighbors childrens tonight until 11, my husband dropped this off earlier and you said to be ready in 20 minutes" The tech said "well we did not know when it was going to be needed so I dis not fill it". I said, "you told him itd be ready in 20 minutes thats why he doesnt matter when it would be needed "

I was at this Walgreens yesterday and the pharmacist that was working was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. My doctor was even upset after I told him exactly what had happened . He was so upset that he called to complain. I hope I never have to go back there and I will do all I can to keep anyone that I know from going there.

Andrea the store Manager is AWESOME and was so helpful in explaining sales and coupons to me. She was very patient when I checked out with my coupons. I know other store team members show little or no customer service, but this store is great! I feel so comfortable shopping here!

Its your usual Walgreens. The staff has always been nice. I dont think theres ever been a wait to use anything other than getting a prescription filled.

Waited 20 plus minutes just in the drive thru for the last three different prescriptions picking up each time. Will be switching pharmacies!
