Ive been coming to this specific Walgreens for a long time. I got to know all of the people working in the pharmacy, which was really nice. All of them did GREAT with serving me as a loyal customer. Well recently, I have noticed MANY new employees in the pharmacy department. All of them are VERY RUDE. No friendly smiles like the other employees. I even had one give me my meds and didnt say one word. Not even have a nice day, not a thank you....not one word. Some will just be rude and not friendly at all. Not even a smile when I drive up to the window....they just have a hateful look on their face. I have called ahead for refills on my meds on MANY different occasions. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE CAME TO PICK UP MY MEDS, IT IS NEVER READY!!!!!!! Ive had to wait an additional 20, 25, 30, 45 minutes....sometimes even one hour or more. Mind you, this is after Ive already called ahead at least by one hour from picking up my meds. There are times Ive calls several hours before as well. Im not going back there. This has become ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional!! They have caused a tremendous amount of inconveniences in my life. I am sooo sick and tired of them not having my meds ready on time and then telling me it will take 20 minutes or more for them to get it ready!!! - So Im having to put my entire life on hold and wait in their parking lot, while they all sit in there getting paid for sitting on their asses and being LAZY and disrespectful to customers. Not going back. Please, dont waste your time with this place.

This is a 24 hour store that sucks!!!! Ive waited on the phone for a pharmacist who never answered. I need a tube for my grandsons breathing machine...I held on for twelve minutes. I called the store back and selected customer service, one rep sent me to another one who then hung up on me.....you sucked in my time of need!!!! Get better help!

I went after 2am and the cop told the employee I was ready to check out, she was upset she had to cash me out (she was in the back). She thought I didnt speak english and made a rude comment which I wont be repeating. Ive since stopped going there and transferred my prescriptions to Kroger.

Some of the pharmacist are very rude,BUT the pharmacy manager IS VERY helpful & sweet. I cant recall HER name the two men pharmacist Jonathan & ? ARE hateful. Im moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy in January.

The Pharmacy department was very rude!!!!! Will never go back. Took a prescription in and said they had to call my Doctor to verify my prescription. She treated me as if it was a stolen pad!!!

Shift lead Thomas flat out lied to me and I called him on the lie he told me. Very unprofessional as a shift lead to admit lying to a customer. Terrible terrible customer service.

This has to be THE most incompetent pharmacy in all of the Nashville/Madison area, which is a shame, seeing as how theyre a 24-hour Walgreens!
